Lately I've noticed anything that goes through the USPS center in "City of Industry" CA is several days behind.
Last year it was East Coast issues. Who knows?
That cursed City of Industry. I just had my packed leave that hub, it has been there for days. The package was going from Wisconsin to Oregon, it didn't even need to go to California!

Something is up with USPS lately. Ive never had any problem with them until lately. Right now I have a few packages stuck in transit and way past there delivery date. Just thought I would let everyone know.

If this is not the right place for this just move it but I think this needs to be front and center cause vape mail is important.:vapor:

Might have a little to do with:
Cost cutting
Reorganization
redistribution
Rerouting
along with Piles and piles and piles of snow all around the country.
:D

Everything out of the N.E. has been delayed the last few weeks.
One Postal sort center still shows my Dell Tablet as package arrival - I've had it in hand for 3 days.

The last two weeks have been especially bad for USPS. My local post office worker said something about them switching to different software that hasn't gone smoothly. I noticed a package take 7 business days for about a 6 hour car drive. From NY to western MD it went south to DC, then past me again east to Baltimore before coming to my local office.

I almost never have a problem with USPS and if I do, the problem is usually with my local post office. I do, however, have a package currently stuck/lost in FL for almost a week. In fact, a package I ordered 2 days AFTER from the same vendor already arrived today. Who knows. I'm a patient person so no biggie.

huh... I've been having great service from them lately.. I was able to get a package with wrong address on it rerouted, without it having to go back across country, via the web site. I mean a Gov entity with a web site that works, whoda thunk it They've even managed air shipments out of airport,s closed due to weather.

I couldnt do without the USPS!
I also really have fun reading posts about folks "vapemail" that day!
To my amazement, Today I had a new tank and cartos in my USPS mailbox that
I'd bought online late last friday (Hawaii standard time...so wee hours of Saturday morning from the shippers
time zone, over a weekend when clocks changed in some parts of the globe also)
Monday mid day the package had flown across oceans to me on an outer island atop a mountain thats' a few hours from the nearest airport.

I've just Gotta love them!
Now....Amazon Prime...when the drones can beat that time table, let me know. LOL.

I also use USPS as a seller to points around the globe. I know they're not the onlygood carrier
but they're on top of my top 3 list.
Cheers..

You are so right...I have had more issues lately...lost packages...packages sent to my address but the wrong zip code (although clearing properly addressed). I have 2 orders out right now (one with a case open and another I opening a case on in the a.m.)
I think my local post office flat out lied to me about "nothing different"..SINCE my mail carrier told me they "just got this new equipment and they are having a LOT of issues"....She's been my carrier for over 2 years and I believe she is probably right about this....
The package I have a case open on was sent 2 day priority on 3/2...still shows 3/4 for arrival date but never moved after 1 day...no call back as promised from Customer Service at Post Office...nothing!!
I also have to wonder about priority mail...I have received some packages mailed first class that were timely...It seems like everything I have ordered priority has been an issue!! Maybe just a coincidence but this is crazy!!
The package I had lost a few weeks ago was from an e juice vendor I have NEVER had an issue with....finally drove to my local post office after they couldn't find it but USPS web site said it was in Tulsa and couldn't be delivered (wrong zip) they couldn't find it at PO...after being at the PO about 45 min a supervisor (I use that term loosely) came out with this box...badly banged up and partially open...luckily the glass bottles were all intact but it was there all along!!
UGHHH it is super frustrating!! I completely agree that something is going on with them and if you are waiting on mail...I hope you don't need it soon!!

Side note- I have even set all my bills to come paperless as I don't know where they are sending anything any more!!

Bringing back the PONY EXPRESS would be an improvement IMHO!! :)

Sorry for the rant!! I am very frustrated by this right now!!

March 9, 2015 , 2:18 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox

um, no it wasn't. i checked my mailbox before i came home, nothing. checked tracking at 5:30 pm, it was out for delivery. pretty neat trick, usps... or you left it at the rental office and couldn't be bothered to leave me a notice. this goes on with nearly every single thing i have delivered.

I have the same thing...I already left a rather long rant...but I had a package I was at home waiting on a couple weeks ago and watched the carrier drive right by the house without stopping...checked the tracking number for the package I was expecting later and it said basically no where to leave (would have fit in mailbox) and that a delivery notice was left...so I walk out to double check...empty box...no mail...no notice...NO VAPE MAIL!!
I feel your pain...I have not had hardly anything delivered on time this year!!
