I really wanted to buy the eGo Variable Volt/Watt APV V2 (aka VAMO) from you. You know I tried to buy two and the EMS package was returned to you twice. I put in an order western union so it would be on hold and asked you to change the shipping to registered airmail. You refused in response to help desk ticket #94M-H9T-RNU5. I know registered airmail is not a problem as you claim because I have purchased from other sellers in China at the same time as the order you got back from EMS twice (both packages never left China). I have also placed orders with other companies after that with registered airmail from China Post. All packages have gotten here in two weeks or less. Your claims of China Post Airmail being slow is NOT true. Other stuff from other companies is getting to me just fine. I don't understand why you insist on using EMS which has become a big problem for you (I know of many returned orders from other customers in many countries here on ECF). You should make an exception and change order no. 118234 to registered airmail so I can get my eGo Variable Volt/Watt APV V2.

Also, you CHEATED out of reward points because you refunded order no. 115687 because it was returned to you by EMS twice but you DID NOT return my reward points I used in this order. Since you refunded the order you should RETURN my reward points to my account also. I put in a help desk ticket (tracking ID: E7X-JHS-4EZ6) regarding this but you did not answer it even though you answered other help desk tickets I put in AFTER this one. You simply chose to ignore this issue and cheat me out of my reward points.

Can someone please explain why, China airmail is being used by( according to Jackbox and others) many other Chinese E cig vendors, yet Health Cabin can't or won't do the same....? If it is only E juice that is a problem then sending hardware should not be... Perhaps for now the option of China airmail could be reinstated for hardware orders until this sorry mess is cleaned up. Regards OH.

Customers from 'all over the world' must be getting quite jittery about the whole... long..... running... saga..!

I don't think that's necessary at this point as HC have a fantastic reputation... I and others do hope that HC can get their house in order as soon as is reasonably possible... It is only the airmail that is the problem not HC products.

Yes, I think you are right. Another vendor I will simply call H-G is still using Registered Airmail and says it is no problem if there is no liquid in the order. I have also ordered electronics from several companies all shipped from China by regular airmail and everything got here in less than two weeks. Actually, faster than normal to my surprise so China Post shipping is certainly not slow right now. On the contrary, in my experience it has been faster than normal right now.

I know you are active here all day and read all the posts. Some type of response would be appreciated even if you just tell me to F-Off.

Didn't manage to make payment because cant choose delivery (it never appear like an option on the page) around 20 days. Now I HOPE it will come with DHL with add. fees.
But other two orders are here, slow as usual, with China airmail. Second was with SG airmail.
I thing too that there is not so fair plays with the customers.
I'm planning not to use anymore HC services.

Idk about everyone else, but I order from HC all the time. Usually $100+ minimum & I have never had a single issue. HC gets a lot of good feedback & as a company with a good reputation they would obviously never INTENTIONALLY ignore you/do you wrong.

OP said he used EMS & payed with Western Union.. Who does that? EMS kinda sucks & why not just keep it simple & use a damn debit/credit card? You're wanting special treatment, ok, but try to be patient & understanding if/and/or when complexities arise..

I am very sorry to hear that. we do not want to lose you but airmail is so disappointing. many of our orders shipped via china airmail were returned by our local customs. We can not get it through our custom smoothly. so we have to discontinue it for a while. we plan to get airmail back in 2013 when there are no returned packages by customs.

We did plan to offer DHL option to your country. but we did send a small dhl order to your country and found that the dhl order had a big problem through customs in your country, which scared us. We will offer DHL option to your country when DHL orders can pass through your customs effortless. :)

Western Union is only to put the order on hold so HC can change it. After they changed the shipping to registered airmail I was going to pay by PayPal. But they refused to change the shipping and canceled the order. You cannot put an order on hold with PayPal payment. You don't understand what is going on here. I never intended to pay with western union.

Because OP is in Thailand and has less options for shipping from Health Cabin.

Sorry NewSunshine but I simply don't believe you are telling the truth here. I have had many small items come to Thailand via DHL and the shipments were always smooth with no problems. Post the tracking of the DHL shipment you are referring to so we can verify that you are not just making up a story.

We are very sorry for the problem with your order.

The reason why we do insist on using EMS which has become a big problem for us is because that we have much more problems with using China airmail.

We love all orders whatever small or big wherever it is from USA or Thailand. If we can use airmail with no problem, why do not we use it?

We know clearly that we will lose orders or customers if we shut down airmail.

Nevertheless, we still decided to stop airmail because we want each order to get successfully delivered timely. Actually many packages via china airmail since Sep were returned by our customs and had to be resent via DHL/EMS or get canceled. Each returned package means a waste of our customer's time no matter the package would be resent or canceled. We should avoid wasting our customers' time.

When a customer places his order on our site, he may start to expect it. It is our responsibility to let him happy, not let him down. But if a customer chooses China airmail duing peak season, he may be disappointed by the extremely long wait. We hate the disappointment. We want to bring only happiness to each customer. We want to decrease the chance of the disappointment.

EMS also lets people down sometimes. but it is better than airmail. so we still keep EMS.

DHL rarely let us down. so we dropped DHL shipping price and replace EMS free shipping or airmail free shipping with DHL free shipping to some countries.

Our aim is to make each customer feel it a good choice to choose Health Cabin.

When airmail is back to normal, we will bring it back.

Why are orders from other companies all getting through by China Post Airmail to me in Thailand? Does Chinese customs have you on their watch list or something? Seems like something is not right here. In my experience with other companies, China Post Airmail is not a problem.

Also, in fact, after you stopped shipping orders by China Post Airmail you sent my brother a warranty replacement VMax because his first one he bought from you stopped working. You would not send the replacement EMS due to cost and you sent it regular China Post registered airmail and told him it would take a very long time. He received it in less than three weeks. So based on this, I really don't understand your position on China Post Airmail.
