The best part is where health canadas reason for the ban is "these products may pose health risks." I mean its called HEALTH canada, You would think they would be for this.
I talked to health canada on the phone, and the man told me that the reason for customs seizers of e-cigs (and this is when theres NO nicotine) is only because they say on the package that they can help you quit smoking and because thats a health claim thats not proven, its banned. But um, really depending on the person anything "could" help you quit smoking, They arent saying its 100%. (i mean gum "can" help you quit)
I get that they havent evaluated it, But it just seems silly, Since they are so obviously less dangerous than smoking real cigrattes which ARE leagle.
(I am kinda biased since I had problems even making my order since I am in canada, and that kinda p.0.'d me)
