thank you very much.. like you said all I was doing looking for advice, and maybe I took some of the responses the wrong way, that I apologize for . there's just so much rumors out there and looking for something to help you isn't easy.. thanks again for giving more confidence in this..

And to be honest.... You may be experiencing some of the mental sensitivity. I don't know if it's all in my head or not, bur when I first switched over to vaping, I was more sensitive to the comments of other people.
Don't worry about it and remember that most people who post are just being friendly/funny. :)
Definitely check out the symptoms of quitting smoking before blaming vaping on certain symptoms. Like mood swings.
If nic deprivation symptoms persist after 3 months, raise yours by 2 points for a month, then go back down. That is what worked for me, anyway.

Well here's the symptoms i've had.

Anxiety - waiting for vape mail
Depression - waiting for vape mail

Fast heart rate - receiving vape mail
High Blood pressure - opening vape mail

Weight loss - especially in the wallet region
Depression - waiting for next sale/next model/juice restock

In all seriousness i've seen different symptoms from different people. Seems to be isolated but the most common is allergy to PG, heavy lung (cutting down nic or switching to more VG seems to help). I don't think it's been long enough to actually have a pattern that shows for everyone.

Is having whiter teeth a health problem? Maybe for my dentist's checkbook.

your whiter teeth blinded me! and then i drove being all blinded into a bus full of geriatrics..and they all had heart attacks! and then a dinosaur appeared and went on a rampage!

it's a chain of death all from vaping!! when will it end!

Sitting down, facing forward.
I've developed a severe case of "tennis elbow" from using my 134. On the other hand, my biceps have really started to bulge.

Seriously, most vapers report dramatic improvements in health, overall. I can say that for the first time in 30 or 40 years I can breath through my nose, sinuses cleared out. No more wheezing and, as a side effect, my wife sleeps better 'cause I don't wake her up with my snoring anymore.

For people that like to deal in facts and not guesses here's what my medical records show after vaping for 3 years: X-rays taken of my lungs 3 years after I quit smoking and switched to vaping compared to x-rays taken while I was still smoking show a huge improvement of my lungs :) My doctor is amazed at the improvement in my lungs after only 3 years of not smoking. My doctor now considers my blood pressure to be perfect :) In these 3 years I have developed severe osteoarthritis in my neck and lower back :(

No one can argue against the fact that those x-rays wouldn't look like they do today if I'd continued to smoke those 46,000 cigarettes my counter shows today that I've avoided by giving up smoking 1150 days ago :D The first signs of my osteoarthritis showed up before I quit smoking which proves vaping didn't cause that.

Well, I've posted this a bunch of times, but I guess one more won't hurt...

--When I was smoking I could hold my breath for around 30 seconds
--After 12 months of vaping I could hold my breath for around 90 seconds
--After 17 months of vaping I got a Pulmonary Function test and my results were ABOVE normal
--After 30 months of vaping I could hold my breath for around 110 seconds

--When I was smoking I used to get sick at least twice each year, with the more mild colds lasting about a week from beginning to end
--Since I started vaping four years ago I have only been sick once, and instead of lasting about a week, it lasted one day

I've only been off analogs for a little over two weeks, and I can honestly say that my lungs feel better already.
Sometimes, when I smoked, if I sneezed, my chest would get really tight...almost like I was gasping for breath.
Yesterday, I sneezed, and I was like WOW...no tight chest!

Two weeks...
