Today in the work I am taking a puff on my PV and my co-worker (a non-smoker) comes around and he said: "Do you feeding cancer?!". I said: "No, I am not!" and he said: "And what is in this thing in your hands?! Is a cancer stick but in different form... I answered: "There are not carcinogens in there!"... He: "Jaaah, they said exactly the same thing about cigarettes a few decades ago and what you see now?"... My answer was just: "OK, I am killing myself and what now?". And I listen same things every day... Every day. It's just like that in Slovenia.

Second co-worker (he smoke when he drink): "You are smoking". Me: "No, I am not!". He: "Yes you are! Don't lie to yourself!". Me: "This is a vapour, not a smoke!". He: "This smokes just like smoke so it is smoke and you are inhaling it! Same stuff, lungs are hurt!". Me: "Maybe true, but doesn't cause cancer, heart disease and so on...like smoke". He: "You don't know that, don't fool yourself, maybe smoke from tobacco cigarette is less harmful than this vapour as you are calling it...". Me: "There is science behind that...". He stops me and he said: "Don't trust science on this, they were often wrong in the past... You don't have long-term studies on this!". And our conversation was over...

I am tired and I will die because of this I suppose...

Just because the filters edit out certain words, doesn't mean you can use them on ECF. We can and DO see what the filters have edited out.

a. ECF is a work-friendly and family-friendly environment. This means that if a work colleague or family member looks over your shoulder while you are visiting ECF, they must not see any material that might easily offend or that may be unsuitable for children.
b. Additionally, colleagues or children must not hear language that may be offensive, for example when a video is being viewed.
c. Offensive materials are not permitted. If posted to the site, they will be removed and the member who posted the material will receive an infraction. Do not post any material that may be considered offensive, whether it is text, graphics, video or audio.
d. Do not post links to such materials.

I feel your pain! :(

Whatever you say, even with good scientific studies doesn't help them change their mind. I've had discussions like this before where people doesn't trust scientific studies. Some even told me that doctors doesn't know anything. It's pretty much useless to talk to them, they just make up their own world with their beliefs.

We all know about the established long term risks of using cell phones.
Warnings about the effects of microwaves on the brain from using cell phones are available, do most people refuse to use them, or ignore the potential danger?
Of course they ignore the potential risks.
We see people using cell phones everywhere, studies have show microwaves can produce tumors in the brain.
Because it's a multi-billion dollar industry, they continually tell us the long term effects of using cell phones are not known.
They can use this excuse because brain tumors are not present in 100% of people using the technology.
vaping is far safer, do vapers die from tumors on the lungs?
So far no link has been established.
Why the fuss about the effects of long term vaping, when there are no links to vaping causing serious injury, and not about the known risks of cell phones?
In both cases the potential risks come down to money, and who makes it.
Corporations such as the cigarette and tobacco industry see vaping as a threat, as there's a correlation between people giving up tobacco and taking up vaping.
It's a lottery, some people will develop brain tumors from cell phones.
What percentage is acceptable?

It is not smoke, it is fog; like what you see on the mountains.
