How's this for customer service? I had ordered two chrome DCTs but they fell out of the envelope somewhere between Georgia and New York. I emailed Adam, not asking for replacements since it really wasn't his fault, but to suggest maybe
throwing a piece of tape over the envelope seals so it didn't happen to someone else. They immediately sent me two more
tanks, and a nice drip tip as a freebie!!! And every envelope I've received since has been taped shut!!! They certainly did not have to do that,,, and I would have returned for their
juice anyway, but customer service doesn't get any better than that!
