Hi,
I have been vaping for a little over 2 years on a regular basis. I was able to quit cigarettes for approximately 10 months after over 42 years of smoking. Once in awhile I would take a drag or two just to remind me how bad they taste and smell. I have children who smoke so there was never a desire to buy a pack. Sadly the last couple of months I have had a lot of stress in my home and bought a pack about 3 weeks ago which led into a few more. :( I took control of my home again and hopefully will be back on track and will be cigarette free again very soon. I am thankful I didn't allow myself to smoke inside. I have continued to vape and working on finding a flavor to help me grab for my mod and not go outside. I thought I had control of my addiction but when the stress and upheaval in my home shot up so did my craving for a cigarette. :( I do not like the taste cigarettes leaves in my mouth and the smell. This is helping me to not go outside and now that it is getting cold and the wind has been almost constant it has been even more discouraging. :)

It was a wonderful surprise this morning to receive an email notifying me I had won a Cloupor Mini Plus. To me this is telling me I can return to cigarette free but it is going to cost me a little. :) All my mods are internal battery and I am going to have to invest in a charger and batteries but it is a small price to pay with my health at risk if I continue smoking. My cardiologist and primary physician is behind me 100% on vaping. :)

Thank you for having such an awesome giveaway! I can't wait to receive the Cloupor Mini Plus. :)

Way to go! Don't sweat it too much about falling off the wagon. It does get easier with each successive attempt. This is my third try. I was off the cigs for over a year both of the earlier attempts. Unlike your situation, I really enjoy the taste and smell of a cigarette. I just don't like not being able to fully breath. Keep at it and you'll be just fine.

Falling off the wagon, in my opinion, is all part of recovery. It seems like you really want to quit and I believe you can do it! It's awesome to see that your physician is behind you vaping. I honestly haven't talked to mine about it, but it would be interesting to hear her position being fresh out of med school.

I wish you all the best!

Mistakes can happen, it's how you recover from it that matters. You're going back to vaping and taking another stand to keep that up. My dad smoked for 40 years, there is times where he wants a cigarette sometimes, but he just pushes past it as hard as it is sometimes. What you could try to do, if you're in the position to spend some more money. If you have a tank you like, buy another one. Have a higher nicotine in the other tank for the stress moments. If you use 18mg, have a tank for 24mg that you would use occasionally.

Take this for what it's worth, my dad struggled to no end with e-juice. I've done juice reviews so I had a ton and i mean a TON of flavors form candy, fruit, yogurt, custard, tobacco. He hated every single one of them  He vapes unflavored now as do I. Without telling him what it was, he tried it and instantly told me it was like a Marlboro light. His friends have said the same thing with what the unflavored is like. He uses 60vg/40pg and 18mg nicotine, I just do this at home and I buy the stuff and mix him a 240ml bottle at a time. Plus it's cheaper :)

Good luck, and don't dwell on falling off the wagon. Recover from it and you'll be good to go.

Thank you Needo, Bobby and dbrandt01 for your encouraging words. I am taking it one day at a time like I did before. I started at 18 mg and right now I am at 6 mg. I have tried to vape 12 mg and it about kills my lungs now. I have 4 tanks I like and all give good flavor (Starre, Aspire, Kanger sub ohm and a ijust 2 mod and tank). I figured out a long time ago if a flavor isn't that good in one change to one of the others and get a total different taste. :) I rebuild my rba for my sub ohm tank to save money and have found I like .5 to 1.0 oHm coils. I just need to find a good e-juice with lots of flavor. I have the supplies to make some e-juice and I think I am going to have to make me up some with extra flavoring of the flavor I really like. :) I found out I cannot vape high VG so most of my e-juice is 50/50.
