Hello New To Vaping!

Hey Guys,

New to vaping. Excited to quit smoking as well. I Didn't want to get a beginner vape, and wanted something I can grow into. I decided on the vaporesso Target Pro kit.

I have read a lot of people saying tempature control is best to avoid dry hits, and some say wattage is best. That's really the only parts I need help on. From what I read, I see the cCell 0.6 Ohms Stainless Steel would be closest to mouth to lung hit which is what I want at first. Would that be the best coil to use?

I am getting the Samsung 2500 mAh 18650 25R batteries and NITECORE i4 Intellicharge Charger which I read is good.

Really appreciate the forum, and all the help you guys give. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

The great thing about good/powerful mods is you can do anything with them.
I think MTL is best from 8-15 watts. The coil is not an exact science but lows ohms are often fast wicking and need higher power to 'get going'. I've used a 0.5 as low as 8 watts but it was rather too wet/gurgling. Personally I'm very sceptical about TC. Too many products don't work properly; you set the thing up and then it stops you vaping as the factory coil is not good enough, is not able to wick fast enough, then cuts your vapor down to pathetic amounts. Standard power/watts is fine for the lower end, and if you increase the power, eventually you can't MTL anyway as there's too much vapor too fast to vape that way.

Really appreciate your time, and help guys. After doing some more reading I seen some good reports form @Kaezziel using the kanthal coil starting out around 20-25W and moving up to 30-35W once broke in. I will try some of those out. Super pumped about moving to vaping!
