Hey guys! 20-year-old newbie here--been smoking for five years, but I'm going to need a little help. I've tried a friend's e-cig once or twice (that I remember him saying was a fairly old model), but other than that I've no experience.

I've decided to finally throw the money down and buy an e-cig, because if I go even two weeks without smoking it will have paid for itself. I've been doing research, reading through the library, and trying to familiarize myself with how they work, but I've accepted that there's only so much I can learn before I get my hands on one to actually see how they work.

So. I am debating between buying the Inferno Kit w/ a drip tip and the Inferno T. I don't really wholly understand the difference between tanks and dripping, but I understand that tanks are new, are supposed to be great but might have some typical early-adopter kinks to work out. Can someone give me advice? Which would you recommend to someone picking up e-cigs for the first time? Tanks seem to be new enough that they haven't been integrated into a lot of the literature for new vapers.

Also, aside from these starter kits, what should I get? I'd hate to have them show up & need to immediately order more stuff.

Thanks!

I can not say personally, but have ordered some. I have tried alot of diffrent systems but belive this to be the way to go at least for now. In the general e-cig disscussion section check out the thread New eGO tank. It is close to the top. Over 100 post or pages or reviews, pros and cons. I won't link because of so much info to compare. I decided after a couple hours of on and off reading I have ordered some. When I first started reading it only one sourse was avail, now there are several offering them. I ordered mine from Totally Wicked. You will need to get a cone type atty to make it work. Also you will need the eGO type battery or an adapter to make it work with a non eGO battery from what I have read. Some vids as well from cozzoin I belive is the guy.
The tank is a cartridge that has no filler just juice. The special atty has the atty of course but the wick as well. Suppose to be no filler taste or other problems associated with other cartomizers and carts.

I just started using an ego t five days ago and I can say that it is great so far. I have used several non tank units and this is the first ecig I have been impressed with so far. It gives you the consistent vapor output you get from dripping without actually needing to drip. I know some people have had problems with juice leaking and i don't know if the attys will last long term because the tank system seems that it will be more taxing on them so it will probably be more expensive to maintain a tank system but so far mine has been great. I ordered the ego t starter kit from freedomsmokeusa.com and got it two days later. Any starter kit should come with everything you need to use it but you will probably need to buy some juice. Good luck

I got my Blu a week ago. Sent it back. Hated it. Got my Inferno T Kit yesterday. All i can say is WOW. A tank lasts all day and is easy to fill. Spend 3 bucks and get the little syringe to fill them it will make less of a mess. To take a tank out, fill it and put it in only takes 2 minutes tops. Remember I'm a newbie as well. But man I promise you will love the Inferno T Kit. There is not much info on the Tank kit yet but I have it figured out and if you go with it PM me if you need help I'll do what I can. I love this thing so much!

The tank-o-mizer is the atomizer the kit will come with 1. It will also come with 5 refillable tanks. It comes with everything you need. It even includes a 15ml bottle of juice. The only thing you may want to add is an extra tanko-o-mizer just as a back up so if you atty goes out you don't have to wait 3-5 days to be able to vape again. It has 2 batteries one big one 650mah, and one really big one 1000mah. The smaller of the two will last me all day. Cant go wrong with this setup for 75 bucks. They gave me free 2-Day fedex for spending 100 Bucks. It got from Hawaii to my door in Alabama in 3 days.

Hi istorian,

Yes. Tank it. It's so easy, I hope the gear lasts, but right now I'm really enjoying it.

I was in your spot 5 days ago. Right now I'm vaping for the first (real) time using the eGo-T tank system. Here's my post, started about the same way yours does:

My Post

I bought from goodprophets.com -- very satisfied. I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

There is a Rob there who responded to my email questions immediately.

I put a priority on my shipment for $4.00 more, and received my stuff in 4 days (I'm in Indiana).

Please take a minute to read my post -- lots of people helped me there.

Whatever you decide, enjoy vaping.

I got the Joye eGo tank sytem goin and I have 2 say its the best way 2 vape IMO so far, great vapor production and throat hit, also I found tht it intensifies the flavor way more compare 2 carts with poly material in them, very simple and easy 2 use, just fill up the tank and thats it, no more dealing with cleaning the material in regular carts and gettin juice on ya hands, def the way to go!!!!

Istorian - Just got my Inferno 5 days ago. It comes with everything you need but juices. AND, ORDER SOME MORE ATOMIZERS!!!! They don't tell you that, but if your one atomizer goes out, you're in trouble. I ordered two more as soon as I got mine in. Just for fun I ordered an iodized tip to replace that black tip they include.

Have fun! I LOVE MY INFERNO!!!

I had the inferno without the tanks (I ordered them when they came out) and I have the eGo-T that I ordered from Cignot (before I knew that Volcano would be getting these). They are both wonderful, thicker than an actual analog, but really wonderful. Vicki at Cignot is great, and I had my eGo's in hand 3 days after ordering them with USPS mail. Either company would be great to order from, and the system would work fine for a noob. Pretty much plug and play for me. Good luck and happy vaping
