HELP - Crown Uwell (wicking?) Issues

I have two Crown Uwell tanks - both have the same issue: when I take a draw it is super loose (even on the smallest airflow) and while I get vapor it is unbearably harsh. I tried disassembling and reassembling several times, and even tried 4 different atomizers. I tried screwing it on very tightly - same problem; I tried screwing it on just enough so it will close - same problem. Tried cleaning... Nothing is working. I inspected the tank and o-rings and nothing is broken/melted etc.

[I THINK] For some reason, not enough pressure is building so that the ejuice wicks into the atty when I take a draw. How can I fix this? tanks are both barely a month new (was working flawlessly when I first got em).

I'm using a stringray x. Tried both 0.25ohm and 0.5ohm coils. I got it to be less harsh, but now I'm barely getting vapor (the draw is still loose...)

Hmm half open for me is a tight draw. I always have mine all the way open. I use the .25 coils at 80w. I find less watts make a spicy vape and little vapor production. I would try jncreasing wattis if you are below 60. I like 65-80 personally

The only issue I can think of is the coils not being primed before firing, causing the cotton wick to burn. I use the .25 at 45 to 50 watts and it works great for me, with the airflow half open.

Hmm.. I tried switching mods and its a lot less harsh. Weird

did you wick your coils properly? I always make sure the cotton on my crown coils are nice and saturated before I install them and fill the tank. Even then I have to wait about 5-10 min with small puffs at low wattage to make sure the coils are primed right.
