I understand that with everything going on that shipping from China to the US is taking much longer than normal. However, I have submitted two tickets to the help desk on the website and have not gotten a response. One was well over a week ago. I didn't record the id numbers and when I put in my email to have the id sent to me then I never receive anything from healthcabin. And yes, I did check my spam folder. So, how long is the expected time frame that one should expect a response from the help desk after submitting a ticket?
