This shows the IP that yours is trying to reach as currently on 'Standby' and 'Not Accept' status which would be the reason you cannot connect.

Delving deeper into their logs it's been having issues since Jan 1st it appears

I'll try to find some more information but it seems they may be phasing out that server as it has not done much since and could possibly be a hardware issue they are trying to resolve.
