re: auto vs manual...
every e-cig has an "on" switch that must be activated and held for the duration of your drag. With auto's you activate and hold the switch using your breath and with manuals you use your finger. Auto's work because you draw air through the battery so it must have a hole in it so the air will pull through -- many find this to be a downside because if any
ejuice leaks in there then the battery will die. Also, many automatic batteries can be activated with loud noises, vibration, strong winds... so often you need to disassemble your e-cig to keep it from firing off in your pocket. The great majority of e-cig users prefer a manual battery and they only take about an hour to get used to.
Re: what to get....
I think getting the vapor4life starter kit would be a great idea! Since you don't smoke heavily, having something easy to use is key and not much is easier than the KR808D-1 (model #) that they sell there.
Good luck!
