I have become a half and halfer. In other words after 4 years I have begun to smoke again, at least part time.

I enjoyed using Vaplife VP1,s. I had two of them and they both died on the same day. To make the story short I had the same problems with them as many other people did. Put a new atty in and it no longer works. (You would think he would fix that problem by now, but the reviews say the problem still exists.)
So thats out!!!! I also have a GG, but I get more vapor out of a 510. This is when the cravings for cigs became too hard for me to overcome. I had a whole lot of stress this year which didn't help. Still do. 8 deaths in the family in one year!!!

I also could never find a supplier who sold consistantly good e-liquid.

There is a whole new array of items out there now that it makes me feel like a beginner,

What I use that does not satisfy: GG, Ego,901 and a 510.

Please I need advise so badly. I want to go back to full time vaping again.

Thank You
Nan:blush:

PS: Maybe a new mod is not the answer, thats why I am asking you kind people. One last thing, no cartos. Hate them!

Have no idea what a Vaplife VP1 is.

I don't know what to tell you. So sorry you have had so many stresses in your life.

Were any of your Egos or others variable volt devices? If not, then perhaps try an Ego Twist or Vision Spinner before you sink much into a bigger MOD. Other than dripping, cartomisers and carto/tanks are my preferred delivery system. What did you not like about cartos? Perhaps a different brand/type would be more suited to you. I know I'm picky about my cartos. Could it be the nic level or flavor of juice that isn't quite doing it for you? Tell us more about all the things about vaping that is not working for you.

I am very sorry for your losses this year, it is never easy when you lose a loved one.

Maybe it isn't so much the pv as the delivery system. I don't know what you have used but maybe get a couple of things to try, they are fairly cheap, and see how they work for you, such as if you are use to using cartos try a clearo or one of the vivi novas, that sort of thing.

And it could just be you need something to mix things up some.

You may consider a variable voltage/wattage device. It will allow you to up the voltage/power and get more out of the juice delivery device (more TH, vapor, warmth, flavor). Joye, Vision and KGO all have eGo style batteries that are variable voltage and are fairly inexpensive ($20-$30). If you want something larger, the VAMO seems to be the best value for the $$$ right now. It is about $50-$60, has variable voltage and variable wattage, and can take 18650 or 16350 batteries. Another nice feature of VV/VW is that they maintain the set voltage/watts for the duration of the battery charge, unlike unregulated batteries that start out high and then the voltage drops as the charge gets depleted. This results in a more consistent vape.

For the times when the cravings are high, I use some higher than normal nic juice. I normally vape 6 mg, but in time of high stress I will drip some 18 mg juice and be set. As far as flavors, I found that some juices taste great first time I try them but after a few days they are bland. I now rotate between several different flavors and that keeps me satisfied.

Good luck finding your sweet spot and sticking with it.

I always get something new for my self about once a week, just to cause that novelty back. Its just so nice somthing new just to try it out

As for e-liquid, I don't keed to the same e-liquid day in day out. If you vape on lthe same e-liquid day in day out you will get sick of it. (there are juices out there that u can vape all the time they are just hard as heck to find them)

A new mod IMO would be the way to go. The VAMO is the new talk around ECF. For its price it has tons of features. This mod is VV and VW it is a beast for the price. http://www.vaporbeast.com/product_p/sk44.htm This is the full kit version and it comes with 2 ce4 Stardust Clearomizers and if you ask Tim for some samples of juice,I'm sure he can help you out. This guy has amazing customer service, in my top five

The GG is a very good unit for quality, as for convenience its not all there but still a good unit. I strongly think you should got this unit, I'm sure that you will all in LOVE

PS you should also try boba's bounty from alien visions. This is an all day vape for most people and it is really lite in flavor

Hope this is help and post back if you have any Questions and Concerns

3+ yrs post cigarettes, I have learned to keep my vaping as simple as possible! After trying a variety of mods and variations I finally settled on a Rio Grande and a PrecisePlus 18650. I use them with standard resistance 510 atomizers and drip tips to keep everything as simple as possible.

As for liquid, I make my own but when I am to busy or lazy, I order from Tasty Vapor or Ms. T's Bakery. They both have consistently good liquid and Ms. T's Snicker-doodle is absolutely fabulous!

If a new mod is not the answer, then you might want to consider increasing the % of nicotine in your liquid. I keep 0mg/ml all the way to 24mg/ml so that I can switch depending on my mood.

Note: I wanted to add that I have 2 GG's and love them. I rarely use them since the maintenance is a hassle and the vapor production drops off drastically if not done.

Grab a vv/vw device and I think you'll find your juices tasting better and producing more vapor.

Increasing your nic level might help too. Genesis atomizers will increase your nicotine intake as well.

I would say just get a mod. When I started I had 510's and Ego's. It wasn't enough. I was dripping by the third day and did that mostly until I got my Reo Grand mod. I found the Reo was enough to satisfy me. I use 24mg nic mostly but because the Reo produces good vapor I can use 18mg. Below are a couple of suggestions (Never tried a Vamo):

Cheap Vamo complete-kit at VaporBeast.com:

Reo Grand or VV Grand at Reosmods.com. Get the Reomizer RBA also.:

What really helped me stick with it was I never had my favorite brand of cigarettes around. Right before I started vaping I just had some nasty RYO around. It was a pain to roll them first of all and second they didn't taste good. So having a cigarette was no thrill. Might have been a different story if they actually tasted good.

I quit with a basic ego and LR cartos and high nic juice. There weren't a million options then but that did get me off cigarettes. I smoked close to 30 years and was a two pack a day smoker.

I did get a cheapo 5v box mod for when I really had cravings. That did the trick.

My foray into mods wasn't because I couldn't quit. Other people needed that I guess. I stayed with ego type batteries close to a year before venturing into mods and that was mostly for novelty, convenience (found I like bottom feeders).
