So, today i spent most the afternoon building my first mod, 5v usb passthrough. Upon completion, i plugged it into the wall wart and it works but not even strong enough to produce vapor. I tested the thing and there is no opens in the circuit, atty is good, switch is good. Kinda stuck here, any suggestions?

First - what output current can your device give to you? And second - ain't the wires too thin?
Your going to want at least a 2 amp usb adapter for that passthrough. My guess is you have it plugged into a 500mA usb adapter and it is starving for amps. If you have it plugged into a high amp adapter then you need to check your soldering might have a bad solder joint.
