I had cravings after about 3 weeks; I decided that when vaping I'd gotten used to inhaling less deeply. It sounds a bit bumb, but simply a minute of deep and relaxed (belly) breathing (not vaping) and thinking of all that carbon monixide free, and oxygen rich blood moving about my body sorts me out now if I feel a crave coming on. I didn't need to use the 'try a nasty analogue' technique.

Like I said: it sounds dumb when I read the above back, but I'll post it as is, as it works for me.

We have kept the nic level on ours at 24 for now (2.4%) just because we don't want the feeling of wanting nicotine slipping back in there right now. Sometimes, especially for my wife, there are long stretches without a chance to vape so when you do get a chance you want a nice shot of nicotine. I figure that isn't the most important part right now, eventually we will probably lower the level some but want to have the analogs quite a ways in the rear view mirror first. Just my thoughts on making sure you don't go back to smoking. For us it was important to find a tobacco flavor we liked up front and really haven't gotten in to other flavors yet because if you are replacing smoking to us the best thing was to replicate the taste, feeling as much as possible. I am starting to get to where I would like to have some other flavors now that I can switch it up sometimes and since it looks like you have been off them longer than me perhaps that is what was starting to bother you, especially from your last response. Good luck and keep on vaping. :):vapor:
