Yes I have used them quite a bit. They first came out at Christmas 2011.

It has a Smoktech shorty carto on it in this pic. Only thing I warn about is that you can not use heads that leak on them. I use that Boge 2ohm carto & tank on it most of the time.

Wow, it's pretty small! I can deal with width as long as its not long and wide! I'm hoping in the near future carrying a huge batt will not make a spectacle out of me. And you really feel it has good power?

I'm going to echo the recommendations for the eRoll. I love mine with a needle tip bottle for work, and it's been the only thing to get my boyfriend to cut way back, even with egos and all the different tank options.
I heard you only get like 10 drags out of them? I can vape nonstop.

I would suggest that you take a good look at some of the larger battery devices and a cartotank juice delivery device. There a learning curve with using a cartomizer inside a tank. However, once you have learned how to properly fill a cartomizer prior to inserting it into the tank, the flavor and vapor production is second only to that of a RBA, which is another story.

ETA: Do not fall back to the cancer sticks. You will find your sweet spot. You have too much time invested.

Thank you. I have no idea how the carto tanks work, but I'll look it up. I remember someone from vape dudes mentioning it.

I think that you would like the Kanger protank, I think that it would give you the hit that you are looking for without gurgles or leaks, you will try to hit it hard cause it's airy but if you do you will choke lmao. That's what I did, I had to learn to stop hitting it so hard cause even a normal hit will give you loads of vapor. If you put on on a VV battery then you can turn it up to just how you like it.
Ive tried the t3 on my ego for at home use. Is it better?

I don't know if you have considered this yet, but Halo offers a mini tank for their G6 style ecigalikes (they are 808 threaded). In fact Halo discontinued their 510 brand and are sticking strictly to 808.

Crystal Clear | G6 Mini Tanks | Halo Cigs

They also offer the larger SI-X2 like batteries and tanks, but I gathered from your post you don't much care for the larger eGo type batteries. The Halo Triton's are like the X2's however they are shorter (no passthrough so shorter length) and it looks like they offer a 400mah version of those batteries which would be much shorter. Just a thought! (But the Triton's aren't autos)
Thanks so much. I absolutely live halo juice. If the batts are anything like juice then they'd be awesome. The mini tank looks like a kanger t4 to me but I could be wrong.

You guys have been great! I'm gonna stay off those stinkies as much as I can. I've been pretty much good, but if I get frustrated for much longer there my be a problem. In the meanwhile, I've been vaping indoors more using the ego and pressing that damn button..getting indentations all over my finger...sucking the hell out of my malfunctioning t3 and m3...better than nothin..
I'm concluding that sizing up on the auto batt may be the only way unless I get like 10 erolls lol. Maybe a fat short batt w a carto tank or vivi nova will be the stairway to heaven :) it won't be as bad as fat and long..I think.
I'm so lucky for this amazing Ecf community, and to have entered the vaping world at a time with so many options and experts like u.
Well I'm off to visit my momma! Will ck bk Sunday. Have a great weekend everyone!

You are quite welcome.

When you have an opportunity, take a look at Baditude's blog. Bad has it all laid out, with regard to cartotanks. This will give you a good idea if this might be the direction in which might want explore and discover.

Sorry, I would link it for you. However, I'm mobile, at the moment.

I think I'm the one who recommended the Echo. It is a great, reliable automatic PV.

However, it sounds to me like what you're actually looking for is a dependable delivery system. I really can't help you there. I settled on dripping. Except on rare occasions, it's all I do all day every day. My atomizer of choice is an eGo-C, which with a bit of modification to the base works just fine on an Echo with an adapter.

Good luck.

One word: clearos.

An inherently flawed delivery system.

It's not your battery, it's the delivery device. A battery is just a battery. It provides power to the delivery system. Your delivery system seems to be the weakest link. I'm not about to tell you what you "should" use. What works for me may not work for you. But all of your problems with clearos? I've had them, too.

Finally put them down for good. The only reason I keep clearos around is the rare emergency when I'm out of cartos.

Some people hate cartos and say they can taste the polyfill. I don't, so I prefer carto tanks.

Some people hate clearomizers and say it alters the juice flavor, giving it a burnt, metallic, plastic-y taste. Dry hits, gunky hits, etc. I fall into that category.

More than anything, I wanted consistency. With each and every hit. I didn't want to have to slosh a tank around to make sure the wicks were saturated. If a clearo tank got to less than half, I'd get a burnt or dry hit with almost every puff, unless I sloshed it around or refilled the tank.

Nothing made me more mad than clearos. When I finally learned how to properly prime and refill carto tanks (without end caps popping off and juice spilling everywhere, without underpriming, etc), it was like the clouds parted and a beam of light shined down upon me from heaven. Flavor as delicious as direct-dripping, and none of the hassles, burnt/gunky/dry hits from clearos.

Also, I've had some cartos last me over a month. With clearos, depending on usage, I got about two weeks before needing to replace the heads.

But hey, to each their own. That's the beauty of vaping, there are options for everyone.
