My charger seems to have died. There is no green or red led light when i turn on the power switch, and its not charging my batteries.

I have tonnes of carts and couple of spare atomizers but I never never expected the charger to be the first to go!!!

its gonna take at least 2 weeks to order in a new charger and i wont be able to last that long.

Does anyone have any suggestions / ideas on how i can charge up the batteries?

OK, I'm now panicking and talking to myself...

I noticed that there is a hole at the side of the charger that says " DC in 12-24v ". I have a USB plug that fits in. The green led turns on, i screw in my battery but the led still stays green, it does not turn red. Its stillnot charging my battery.

USB plugs supply 5volts so maybe there's not enough juice to charge the batt. I'm gonna go buy a 12v car charger and stick it in there. I sure hope it works...

thanks for the tip! i couldn't find a shop in the area selling those multi adaptor things.

I scrounged around my storeroom and I found an old Nokia handphone charger, the plug fits right in the hole nice and tight. It says output 5.6v 800ma. turned on the power switch, screwed in my batt and the light turned red! looks like its charging, I'll leave it overnight. hope it works. I'll go search for a shop that sells a proper 12v adaptor tomorow.

Don't worry. First, use a sharp cutter and slide along the glued line on the side of the charger. Just follow that line and slide along a few times. The glue should come loose. Then open it by clicking it open with a flat screwdriver through the hole that is used to charge the battery without touching the actual part where the battery screws in of course. Slowly loosen it going around the charger. Now look inside and find the cable that is loose and sold it. Make sure you keep the hole for the battery in its place. Put super glue on the sides of the charger casing and close it. You're done.

Cross your fingers and plug in the charger. It could be handy to have a lit candle at hand if you do this in the evening :p
