Somewhere out there
I thought all those DX flavorings from TFA were single flavorings. The DX just means it's a version of that flavoring that doesn't contain diketones. At least that's what I remember from WL's website when I ordered them. In all of Bill's Magic Vapors recipes those same flavorings, in the regular version, are used along with many others to make some of his recipes. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Did you know there's another one of those One Stop Blends? It's the Licorice Torpedoes...like Good n' Plenty candy. Also, their One Stop Flavors are also ready-to-use...just by adding them to your own PG, VG, and Nic base. Or were you just listing the ones you've tried, and the list is your personal list that you like and use?
There are blends of flavors in them to get the desired flavor notes. You can use them in other recipes too, I am listing the ones that give a mix/blend of flavors in ready to mix. You don't have to add anything else unless you want to.

I didn't add licorice to my list because I don't like Good n Plenty LOL

if you Google Flavorah Recipes you should see a thread at reddit that has a lot of recipes just for FLV.
Awesome! Thanks for the tip; I'll give it a look-see. :D

Now you're being just being plain mean! <giggle>

Anybody know if there is a pretzel flavoring anywhere.
I don't know if you already came a cross these; but I found reference to 2 "Pretzel" flavors on the forbidden recipe site.

One is by DIY Flavor Shack and doesn't appear to be available any more (at least I couldn't find reference to it on their website though there are still reference links floating around Google).

The other is a One On One flavor you can find here.

I have not used either of these so I can't vouch for them but maybe this can give you a starting point.

I hope it works for you. Like I said; I have NO experience with this (or OOO for that matter). You will have to let me know once you have had a chance to try it. :toast:
Thats why I missed it. Thats the only flavor company Ive never tried. They have many flavorings that look great but I havent read any good reviews on them so Ive been reluctant to place an order. I'm hopeful for this one. I will let you know when I get it.

What other fruity type ejuice would go good with a lemon tea? I have been using OSDIY Arnold Palmer blend for quite a while. It's more of a lemon taste instead of a tea, and I am starting to leave it out of my daily rotation. I already know I could(and have) use it with cookie or another type of pastry juice, but I was wondering if anyone has another type of fruit that it mixes well with?
Thinking about blueberry. Ideas?
:)

Strawberry, peach, raspberry. Just look on the tea aisle at the grocery store. I love sliced fresh strawberries in my iced sweet tea.

I too have, and like, the OSDIY Arnold Palmer flavor. I also found the lemon to be a bit too pronounced. Juicy Peach - TFA at 3-4% has worked for me, also Earl Grey - TFA 2% to bolster the "tea" portion and add a touch of the bergamot, and Green Tea -TFA at 2-3% just to enhance the tea without messing with the rest of the profile.

I have been using a lot of tfa-juicy peach lately. My more recent experiment was to add a little to my bubblegum mix. It really smoothed it out and added a pop to the whole mix.

I started looking at my flavors that I have on hand(and not yet used) so I guess I am in a mixing mood again. LOL

I am trying some peaches and cream from Cap @5%. Figure I need to let steep for a few days to see if the cream will come out more. Tastes just like peaches now.

When Azure had some of their going out of business sales, I picked up some flavors. One of interest was a Raisin Rum. I got it originally because I thought it may be a good flavor to add to a tobacco mix I was doing for a friend. Upon smelling it I got quite the surprise. Smells nothing like rum or even any alcohol. It actually remind me of cotton candy but it really isn't sweet. Strange. LOL. If I can get a real recipe out of it I will post it. Started my testing @7.5% but only had a faint flavor so I upped it to 10%. I will check it in a few days to see how it is turning out. I hope the bottle wasn't accidentally mislabeled.

Isn't it amazing how you can take "primary" type of flavor and, when used in small amounts, it kind of tucks into the background but still have amazing influence to the overall recipe?

Ugh! Don't even remind me. I have such a backlog of flavors and recipes I need to be working on but, thanks to all you enablers here on ECF, I spend more time reading and buying than I do mixing. I am a weak man! :(

Keep us in the loop. I'm always looking for a "better" peach. Oops! I guess I just proved my previous statement.

I have actually looked at that one on several different occasions and with similar thoughts. When I was a child, my maternal Grandfather and all three sons smoked pipes. I loved the smell of the burning tobacco but was absolutely enchanted with the smell of their tobacco pouches. When I was older and started smoking I would smoke a pipe from time to time. It was never as good as what I remembered.

Now, in my post-smoking life, I am on a quest to recreate that "pouch smell" in a juice. I have been working on that pretty much since I first started mixing so about a year and a half now. It is still a work in progress but I am getting closer. I have thought about the Raisin Rum fitting into the fruit part of the pipe profile. Plum is part of it Cherry Blossom is another part. But it still isn't complete. I am really interested to know how this matures for you and what your perceptions are. Please keep me posted! :D

Actually my mix for a straight peach flavor consists of 3 different types of peach.
All equal amounts, starting @ 2%
TFA juicy peach
TFA peach
FA white peach.
I may have gone a little higher with the juicy peach(don't have my notes with me right now).
ymmv

Thanks Sugar! Good suggestions. I've added these to my "possibles" notes in the recipe. The Dark Rum sounds particularly promising.

I like to mix Arnold Palmer with Sweet Southern Tea then add peach to it, or tangerine or orange works well too.

I am a big tea drinker in RL and I just don't like fruit mixed in, not even lemon. LOL

I like Arnold Palmer because I don't really taste the 'tea' in it. It's more of a lemonade type flavor to me.

Give me a strong black tea, slightly sweetened and I am a happy camper. And Sweet Southern Tea is in my daily rotation.

I have gotten in some of the Real Flavors I ordered from Amazon. Steeping them now naturally. I have started them at 5% even tho others say around 10% is the sweet spot. One flavor that has really surprised me is the grape. It smelled so good that I mixed it @10% and have it in a tank now. I am just getting a soft taste of an almost candied like grape bubblegum, with just a touch of sweetness. I can't wait for it to fully steep. I have no doubt that I will be using this flavor is some sort of bubblegum mix or fruit mix.

I also have rum raisin steeping. I got it from Azure in their going out of business sale. It has a very interesting mix of spices that would go great in some of the baked or desert mixes. Apple pie comes to mind. I also think it may do well in a tobacco mixture to add another layer of depth.

I am also steeping a mix of peaces and cream from capella. Nothing added just from the bottle. But from past experience steeping peach flavors usually takes a good 3 weeks to blend to an out of the ballpark taste.

I am really eager to hear how this progresses. You mentioned bakery and I instantly thought of a warm rice pudding with rum-soaked raisins. YUM! (Not sure how to create the "rice" component.):D
Is/was Azure the manufacturer of your Rum Raisin or is it another brand that Azure was selling? I'm gonna be bummed if it is terrific and no longer available.:(

I don't know that I have ever given peach three weeks before; I'll have to explore this! Thanks!

Not sure on Azures' rum raisin if its theirs or not. I have seen rum flavors and tpa has a raisin flavor but don't think I have seen a mixture of the two on any of the sites I frequent. I guess its time to look around a bit.
On the pudding for rum soaked raisin --what about a rice crispy type mix with some type of custard? I think fw has the rice crispy flavor and all have custards. Maybe capella's van custard?

I still plan on ordering from one to one flavors, but just have not gotten around to it. I hear that some of their flavors are spot on. It is a shame to stay away because of some bad press. Maybe they have corrected some of the problems ppl didn't like about them. Dunno.

:)
