After about a week and a half of having my Vapor Shark rDNA, I am LOVING it. However, when dripping I find that I could use a bit more power, and probably a bigger battery or dual 18650s at least.
So in this forum's opinion, what would be the BEST VW Regulated box mod out there?
I'm looking at the sigelei 100 watt, the IPV3, the IPV2, and a sigelei 50 watt. I cannot find many box mods that offer 50+ watts regulated, so if anyone knows of some that they believe to be better than these, post them as well.
Also! I am worried about dual 18650 mods, only because of some horror stories of bad things happening if one is less charged than the other or whatever. So if anyone can clear all that up, that'd be great.

Lol I got the Vaporshark DNA (6 months ago no RDNA out yet) and thought the same thing! Love my VS, but I needed a lil more power sometimes and definitely more than 1200mah. Was looking for a dual 18650 for mega battery life, researched and YouTubed, went with the Sigelei 100watt. I LOVE IT!!! So glad I went with this instead of the IPV's (just personal preferences, nobody rip my head off lol), it was down to one of the two, Sigelei or IPV. Very very happy with durability, battery life, and performance. Mainly vape around 30-40 watts, get 2 days usually with one charge, though you have to charge the batts, not mod. Good luck enjoy what ya do get.

Series, stacked, batteries are less safe than parallel batteries. A lot of the higher wattage regulated mods stack their batteries.

The SX 350 chip can be updated to run up to 60 watts. The problem is that it is mainly a hobbiest board and may be a little harder to find on if you do not build. Also, if you want 60 watts safely you have to change the wires that come with the board. Without changes you can go up to 50 watts. A dual battery mod will have the batteries in parallel.

The DNA40 also will do a dual battery mod with the batteries in parallel

One way to tell if a mod has serial or parallel batteries is to look at the specs and see what input voltage the mod takes. In parallel you will see a voltage between 3.2 and 4.2 and in series a multiple of these numbers.

Both the DNA 40 and the SX350 have buck circuitry to deliver voltages under that of the battery depending on the build.
