Help required for a coil build with as less throat hit as possible

i am currently vaping a 30 awg 2.2ohm coil but the throat hit makes me cough a few times ( i am not one for throat hit) i prefer a smooth draw with tons of flavor... free from throat hit
will changing to 31 or 32 gauge kanthal with a 2.5-2.9 ohm coil reduce throat hit.. i vape 3mg juice at 75/25 vg/pg on an eleaf lemo mini RTA

maybe try 1.2-1.8ohm. Are you using a regulated device? If so lower the watts or voltage.

using a hana mod v3.. and i am currently vaping at 9-10 watts

use 28 or 26 awg more wraps will give you a cooler vape. dual coil may also help

Try lowering the watts in steps and see what happens. There is no hard minimum we can vape at. It's all about what works for you.

Could be a wicking Issue or hot leg also causing extra throat hit.
