Could try more VG than PG, as PG will increase throat hit. IIRC both have a slight drying effect from use, so drinking a beverage while vaping I've seen recommended.

If your using low resistance carto/atomizers than you could switch to a standard resistance.

Hope you find a solution, stay off dem analogues!

Water is your friend...and you're not really thinking that analogs are going to help your throat, are you?:laugh:

Seriously, I use Volt stuff too, but don't care much for their prefills or liquids, because the throat hit does tend to be a little harsh. Maybe try adding a little VG. Does it happen more with the higher nic ones? It could be that too. You could also try playing with adjusting your draw. Maybe you're hitting it too fast and hard? There's a subtle difference between how to hit an analog vs an ecig, and sometimes you have to finesse your technique to find it.

Good luck - hang in there!

Dehydration is a serious issue with vaping and severely degrades the experience. I drink 1 1/2 litres per day and when I don't hydrate my body tells me quickly. As someone noted PG can also be an issue. What PG/ VG ratio are your juices? PG enhances flavor and TH but can also irritate the throat. Some are sensitive to PG.

You may even be slightly illergic to pg. I would try to add a little more pg to your juices. You will notice that higher vg liquids are going to produce more vapor. However, some cartos can't handle thicker vg eliquids.

I had this problem when I started out as well. It turns out I was allergic to PG so I switch to VG and all worked well. If you want some recommendations, shoot me a PM. As far as hydration goes, I make sure I drink a glass of water with a table spoon of chia seeds each day. Apart from the health benefits of chia seeds (serious omega-3), it helps retain water and heck, it helped me lose weight too. ;) I hope this helps!
