Help- want to use 808 with atty not carto

OK, I tried cartomizers. I find myself trying to keep my eyeballs inside my head when I'm drawing on them. Not hating on those of you who like cartos, I just find I like the hit from the 510 better. I do like the battery life of the 808. What attys are compatible with the 808? I have found a ton of adapters for the 510 TO the 808, but nothing in the reverse. Please, save me from the cartomizers!

901 attys will work on KR808 batteries without an adapter.

Just get a 901 atomizer and some cartridges for it. The threads are the same. In fact if you had a 901 battery you'd find you could screw the cartomizer onto the battery. But the 901 battery doesn't have air holes in its threads so you couldn't draw air through the cartomizer.

You might want to spend 30 bucks and get a 2 atomizer 2 battery 5 cartridge plus charger (which will also charge you 808 as will your 808 charge work with 901 batteries) starter from Madvapes. Odds are you'll spend over 20 bucks to get 2 atomizers and cartridges anyway. They also offer a white starter for 2 bucks more with 10ml Marlboro juice. If you're mechanically inclined you can drill 1/16 holes in the 901 manual battery threads and then you can use them with cartomizers if you wish. Makes a shorty e-cig.

OK, I just tried it and it works. A 901 to 510 will fit on the 808. You can then use a 510 atomizer on the 808 battery.

Ok Thanks for this question as the answers have proved invaluable information. I bought a M401 passthrough and it was like tryin to suck a piece of banana through a straw. I too will have to try both the 501 atty and the 901s.

The Kr8 is my favorite non-mod battery for my attys (I prefer penstyle): 280 mAh and the only skinny batt that is a true 3.7V.

If you like penstyle then the mega KR808D-1 batteries, 380mah, should be even better for you. I've tried them with my 901 atty and cartridge and they make a LONG e-cig.

And with the penstyle atty (e.g., 801 or 302), it is VERY long; too long even for me (other than when sitting at home), albeit not for my avatar.
