Hello I have used this flavour as a standalone. I've gone from 3% up to 20% and the lemon flavour is always very muted.

Can this be used as a standalone flavour or does it need to be mixed with others?

The he flavours I have are:

FA Caramel
FA Bountiful
FA Double Delight
FA Lemon Sicily
FA BYO Nutzilla

I then ordered 30Ml of the following from vapoursrus off eBay:

Dimebar
Malteser
Black Jack
Orange Lucozade
Christmas pudding
Butterscotch

i feel like I have wasted a lot of money and not really researched flavours.

Just need a bit bit of guidance please.

Thsnks

I enjoy FA Sicily mixed stand alone at 4%. If I want a stronger lemon flavor, I reach for my juice mixed (stand alone) with Inawera Lemon at 5.4%

I find this is true of many of the FA fruits and I really want to like them because they're so concentrated. I almost always try them as a stand alone to get a feel for percentages and can't seem to find the sweet spot for many. So far I've tried lemon sicily, apricot, mango, strawberry and quite a few more. At most I get a mild sense of sweet something but couldn't identify the flavor if it didn't have a label.

Then I usually try them in a simple cookie mix with 1% cookie or a FA cream with not much success.

My plan now is to try a blend of various brands and see where that gets me. I've got TFA and Inawera strawberry and plan a blend of all three with a pinch of raspberry and see what happens.

Edited to add...at least my test samples don't go to waste. I have a dump bottle for my fruity concoctions and like pretty much any kind of fruit blended together.
