Could someone tell me, if I am using 2ml of Marlboro (11mg) and almost exactly 2 ml of Glycerine (Wilcox from Michael's Craft Store) together - how many drops of distilled water should I be using in the mix - I know the glycerine makes the mixture stronger but really want to know how much water for this size mixture - testing before I make a bigger batch. Thanks for any info, can't seem to get this mixture right.
