How much zero nic liquid mixed with 1L of 100mg/ml makes a mixture that has 10mg/ml?

Pre mixing that much base may not be the best idea. You must consider that PG flavoring added will lower the final mixtures total nicotine content. For example if you add 10% pg flavoring to a 10mg base you've lowered your final nicotine to 9mg. At 20% flavoring you've lowered it to 8mg.....etc.

I had assumed the intent of the question was to determine how much PG/VG would be needed to eventually use up the nic, but yeah, having 10 L of nic base mixed up at one time would be a lot to try to keep from spoiling or losing its potency. What most folks here will do is take out 120 ml or so for mixing in the short term and put the rest of the nic in a freezer for use later. Even better is to put the remaining 880 ml into smaller glass bottles and freeze those for use later.

It's what I do, I have 120ml out and ready for use and 29 120ml bottles sitting quietly in my freezer for future use. I have enough NIC stored to pass along in my will:)

The Freezer helps alot? How much damage have i done by leaving 1L of 100mg/ml sealed but at room temperature for 4 months?

Likely not much damage but I would recommend freezing what you don't need and leave out just enough to last 3 - 4 months. It will stay much fresher.
