so I just had a disaster. I dropped my rDNA 40 and it says check atty. I checked the coil tryed a different one, pushed my floating 510 on my tank down and nothing. I popped it open removed the 510 and pushed the spring loaded 510 out a little bit. it's working fine now. although it seems like the 510 just got compressed I want to make sure it wasn't an issue with the board. is there anything in the circuit that reads resistance that is known to come loose?

The tank compresses the pin win it is connected. That's how it works. The drop could have forced the pin inward and cause the jam. In some cases just tightening the tank down can cause a spring loaded pin to jam. So could a stray drop of juice, bit of lint, dust. If you are concerned. Then take the mod apart and look. It is theoretically possible to drop it, just so, where a solder joint would fail. Not likely, but possible. Thing is if it is working NOW.. I doubt there is anything more than a sticky pin to worry about.
