I got my ithaka clone, copy whatever you choose to call it about a week ago from discount vapors for $64.99 its the one made by Rainbow Heaven and I must say that the quality of it is spot on. The threads are nice and smooth it doesn't leak and works a treat as Todd is fond of saying. I know peoples get their panties all in a bunch when a clone comes out. Seriously tho as far as I can see the only difference between this unit and the original is about $140 and 5months and 3 days less wait time for it. Do these clone products hurt small businesses I really don't think so since everytime I go looking for an original of something its always sold out and when they do get some sell out again in minutes. I can tell you right now if I polished one up and had the gg logo engraved on it you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Some of my best Vapes have come from low budget rbas that I got a perfect coil setup on with some awesome juice from virgin vapors. Granted not every knock is a good one but this one is and now I know what all the fuss is about.

Anyone located a steel replacement for the clear plastic window? I like having some visibility into the juice levels, but I also want to be able to vape some citrus juices out of mine.

Not cheap, but the original GG Stainless tank section is a direct replacement, and currently in-stock:

i don't get why people are still buying the RH version at over double the cost of the fasttech version... which is a perfect copy minus the logo and serial number.

Well, 2 reasons in my case ... 1, I can actually GET a RH one NOW. FT has showed "in 10 days" for like 2 weeks now. And 2, personally I like the brushed stainless look a LOT more. I try to avoid mods that have a mirror finish. The RH version should match my SVD and hopefully the Chi You clone I have on order.

You can also get an iSmoka Magoo for $10 more than the FastTech. I picked a Magoo up on Friday and will be either picking up a second one or, since I already have one and can wait, ordering the FastTech version. SVC's price is way too high, and they even warn about denting issues with the RH version (SVC will not warrant dented Hercules -- for the price they charge I would expect more).

I'm to understand that the "Magoo" is plated brass not stainless steel, get it here for $45. Magoo-C RBA from iSmoka
Add another $5.02 worth of merchandise and get free shipping.

"Good things are worth waiting for"

I believe all the Ithaka clones are plated. Vape Dojo is local to me and where I bought mine from. I understand they are getting low in stock as well. This thing is amazing.

The Rainbow Ithaka clone and the Tobeco Ithaka clone (Fasttech) are all stainlees steel except for the positive center post/air tube and of coarse the window and o-rings ect.

I thought I saw a pic or video of Hercules with the base scratched exposing brass. I could be wrong.

The only *brass is the center pin on the Hercules and the Tobeco Ithaka clone, the center pin is stainless steel on the GG Ithaka but is brass on Oddy and Penelope (*nickel plated brass)

it does say the magoo is made of stainless on vape dojo:

iSmoka Magoo-C

This is a very high quality clone of the Ithaka. The Ithaka retails for over $200 normally, but you can get the same experience with the high quality Magoo from iSmoka.

Features:

1. Individual window of liquid level
2. Adjustable liquid volume through the rotating mouthpiece
3. Adjustable air flow through the rotational air regulating ring
4. Replaceable mouthpiece
5. Single and dual coils setups possible
6. Adjustable positive pole

Made of stainless steel

I have both of them (the FastTech & the RH). While they are both very nicely made, and the parts interchange, the RH Ithaka has a slight edge IMHO....it just fits together a little more smoothly, and with an Ithaka -that's important - lots of little fiddly-bits that have to thread together. BTW - they are both solid Stainless Steel, other than the positive connectors on the bottom - the FT clone is brass, the RH looks like plated brass...

The FastTech version is closer in looks to the original GG, but I like the looks of the RH version myself - it depends on your personal preferences. They both vape exactly the same - beautifully.

I happened to get them both for the same price (the RH through a Co-op). I like the RH a little better, but I don't think I'd pay twice as much for it.

i don't care for a mirrored finish either, i took a scotch brite pad to mine and that did the trick. i didnt realize theres a wait now at FT, guess i was lucky enough to get one earlier on.
