Just ordered a Provari Mini today, thanks to the 5% off coupon code (not much saved, but a little!). I'll be anxiously awaitng the mail as soon as it ships. All I have in the way of toppers is 2 metal bodied Mini Vivi Novas; have to see how that works. I do not want to get into rebuilding, carto tanks, or other fiddly stuff.

Thanks to everyone on ECF for encouragement and advice, and Happy New Year!

I've got to tell you that I fell in love with cartotanks as soon as I got one from IB Tanked. Not at all fiddly compared with clearomizers - at least for me:vapor:

I agree. I was put off by carto tanks because I did not like them on little ecigs. I don't use them exclusively, but I find myself using them more and more; I now have three tanks. Since they last so long (two/three weeks) I find myself only using them with flavors I really like. So I don't see myself doing away with my Protanks completely, but I've been moving more toward this style of vaping. Not to mention there is a big difference in flavor even if you rebuild your own heads. Carto's are much less time consuming to deal with than cleros too. I highly recommend everyone to have at least one carto tank. For me, I've been slow to warm up to them but they are great vapes.

But more importantly ... congratulations to the OP.

+++1 on the IBtanked, I love mine. I use Boge SR cartos in them. They don't respond well to syrupy juice like mt. bakers 100% VG unless you punch a 3rd hole in them or dilute the juice though.
You can buy a carto puncher at home depot, they call them saddle valves or something like that. used for punching copper pipes, no more than 8 bucks
