She came in the mail yesterday. Just put a freshly charged battery in it. I really like the two toned look.

Looks like she's going to have to go back. Will not work with the 18650 battery and extension cap. But will work with the short battery. I tried my battery with a magnet button top and pushed it to the side and it works. So something inside is off center.

What batteries are you using, specifically? It makes a big difference, brand to brand, and button vs. flat top is crucial.
I fixed it. The spring in the 're extension cap hasn't sitting right. I pulled up on it a little bit. Now she works like she should. Thank goodness. I didn't want to have to send her back.

Congrats on your new device! I love the new color choices. I would be a happy man if they ever came out with a Provari box!! I know it will never happen, Just wishful thinking! I the meantime I will enjoy the ones I have and maybe get a white/black mini!
One of my preferences is that my mods use the same batteries. I started modding with 18650 IMR button tops on the Provari and use them on my Sigelei Zmax V3, too. Nothing against flat tops, I've just never used them.
I bought the batteries on the Provape website.
