Hi Kate,

The good news is that the knee is still there. I'm doing my physio exercises like a good boy but still have to wear a "cricket splint" and mobility is still restricted - but hey! The spring is on the way and I'm a happy vaper. We all have problems to deal with - thankfully this one will get better with time!

How did you get on with your i-inhale, Kate? Have you found a way of slowing down the flavour loss?

I've not been using the I-Inhale very much, I have to admit. I still haven't sorted out the problem with flavours vaporising too quickly but Tim from Smokejuice.co.uk says he has a new formula for eliquid that should solve the problem. If I wasn't so lazy I'd make some home brew and find out which flavours are suitable myself, I have a ton of LorAnn ones waiting to be used. The I-Inhale will really come into its own if eliquid gets banned or hard to get, I can get vapour from tobacco with it and still be better off than with smoking.

We're all worried about e-liquid being banned, and as you say the I-Inhale would come into its own if that happened. It's interesting that Boots are now stocking e-cigs, though - if they catch on on the high street then they might become "respectable". Whether that would make them more or less likely to be banned I don't know...my crystal ball's on the blink...:)

I don't know how retail sales will pan out, they are available in shops in the US but the FDA still seem to be on the warpath. The UK Trading Standards and MHRA have looked at our devices, eliquid and marketing but so far haven't found any legislation to block sales. Hopefully we will fall into an unregulated gap for now until proof of health, safety and effectiveness can be shown.

One day I suspect these will be made medical NRT devices and all the enjoyment will be sucked out of them - no variety in models, very low nicotine levels, etc.

just joined on here. so hi to everyone. my question is what is the best e-cig to get. i bought the smoking everywhere 3.0 for $80.00. is this a good one? im looking for something that does give out alot of vapor and the carts. can be refilled with the liquid. what ive read previously is that i made a mistake of ordering this brand. so once again what is a better one. and can you use the liquid refills on any of the brands out there? i see theres alot of different ones. just an all around good quality one. thx

I recommend one of the 510 types, such as the Janty Dura or Yeti. Loads of vapour and huge, easily refillable cartridges. The only downside is that they can be a bit leaky - the liquid seeps out onto the barrel around the atomiser (not into your mouth). In my experience it's not a big deal to occasionally need to wipe the liquid off with a hanky - I'd be doing that from a sense of basic hygiene anyway.

If I'm not mistaken strayling, I believe Janty has redesigned their carts to prevent the leakage (something about them now "clicking" on. I think Ludo was talking about it somewhere on the forum.

Could be. I've got one from the last batch of Duras before they introduced the Dura-C so possibly they redesigned the cart/atomiser fitting at the same time they were redesigning the battery.

I have yet to see an ecig for sale at a brick and mortar store in my neck of the woods, but I did see NJOY e-cigs for sale on Target's website. Who woulda thunkit.
