the column on the right is the last time he posted full order info.
These are hand made one at a time so there's a list that goes months if you start now.

I'm having trouble moving my Raptor 120w boxes out to make room for some dna40 gear so I might have to sell mine when it comes (soon).
If I have the will power...

It's 50w, and I have a Ranger on the way #313, Raff is one of the best putting out box mods.
50 watts allows you to do some sub ohms coils that 30w are not enough; that's about it.
Aside from that there are differences other than wattage.

The dna 30 can go up to 8 volts, and if you are using thin wire (30g) LR resistances 1 to 2 ohms, you can vape with 6v and get one of the best vapes known to man. lol.

There's basically 2 kinds of vapes basically; your sub ohms with thicker wire, which draw a lot of wattage...
and your LR coils with thin wire but do best with higher voltage.
... its comparing apples to oranges.

Ranger 50w will give you 6v for an LR coil too. But say 2.++ coil, lots of wraps of 30g for surface area, and 7 + volts; DNA30 can do.

DNA 40 adds Temp protection; a whole new ball game.

So you're the one who took serial # 313!!!

I was talking to Raff about ordering one and wanted the serial # (I'm from the Detroit area= 313) but he said it was taken. Btw I'm not the raff who builds the rangers but he does a kick ash job and in my opinion is better built than the hex ohm.

Hey Uke I'll take yours off your hands if you need to make room for the DNA40's and all. :)

Agree. Upon inspection most say the Ranger is a sweet custom built with much more attention to detail and actually I think the Ranger has features the Hex doesn't.

Just popped in to say, comparing the DNA40 and anything with an OKR chip is very "apples and oranges" -- they're two completely different beasts.

I own a custom-made OKL-T20 box mod (looks exactly like a raptor/hexohm though), and I've been considering getting the DNA40. I'd want both, my DNA40 would become my tank device, and my boxmod would remain my RDA device.

The only thing holding me back was a lengthy post someone made not too long ago, going pretty in-depth with his problems using nickel wire and just the DNA40 chip in general. Some of the bugs may have been specifically related to his chip (maybe a bum chip) but I have heard plenty of other people complaining about the hassles of using nickel wire. ALTHOUGH: BVC coils with nickel wire are coming out soon, and if that can take the hassle out of building with nickel wire, but still retain the reliability of having temp protection, I will definitely DEFINITELY buy a DNA40 (likely an rDNA40, I just love the teeny-tiny form factor) and just throw a Silo or Nautilus on it.

Mm... Thinking about it now actually, and assuming certain kinks are worked out of the DNA40 (and this is on Evolv's end, not on VaporShark at all) I'll definitely go that route with a Silo/Nautilus, whenever these nickel BVC coils are out.

^I've been haunting all the DNA40 threads and it turns out as far a I can see, and with my Flask40, its some of the chips.
I have used every Ni200 coil I've made in last 2 weeks, no issues.

HA! I have definitely seen you popping up in all these DNA40 threads. Knew that dog was familiar.
