My ego c twist isn't producing vapor idk if its the atomizer or an cartomizer but the light turns on when i press the button but nothing heats up and no vapor comes out. Whats wrong with it? How do i fix it? and what can i do? I tried cleaning it and drying it but still nothing.

sounds like something might not be making a connection or your atty might have died.
Have you tried gently tightening the atty? you can also try swapping out the atty, or (if it's a cartomizer rather than a tank that goes onto a separate atty) trying to pull down the center post a bit? What did you try to clean and dry? Is it all the way dry?

Are you sure it's on? You have to click the button five times to turn it on and off.
what atty are you using? and how many ohms? I have heard that low resistance atomizers dun really work well with ego
The light comes on when he pushes button... It's on. Was thinking that too, because I do it all the time lol
