I placed the order on 3/17/17 for an item that was in stock and said it would ship in 48 hours, but it has been a week (3/24/17) and I have not received any notification that it has shipped. I tried contacting through the website yesterday (3/23/17) but I have not received any reply. Can you help?

Hi friend, sorry it as the MOD 101 just send us very limited quantities, we still need few more days to get the next batch, would you want to keep waiting or you can change to other in stock items? Since the item is not in stock as was stated on the website, I would like to cancel the order #100017761 and would like a full refund.

I sent an email to service@vapesourcing.com expressing the same thing. Thank you for your help.
