The less juice you use, obviously the less POTENTIAL flavor is there and the more potential for vapor is there. Now, that isn't to say that using more juice absolutely gives you more flavor. There are a lot of examples where it doesn't. When I say it has more potential, I simply mean that more juice means there is more potential for flavoring to make its way to your mouth. Also, I haven't heard of the Smok Tumbler, so i cant really give any help on that(sorry). With your current device, you are really going to be limited to pretty much all the basic clearomizers, which are all going to give about the same performance.
For the absolute best flavor, you are likely going to need to look into an rda and building your own coils. Since you are new, I highly doubt you are wanting to get into all that. There are some tanks that are pretty good with flavor, though, so I think that would be your best bet.
For tanks, I feel the subtank mini is pretty good for flavor and also gives a nice amount of vapor. It isn't the best I have tried, but for a tank that doesn't use a great deal of power, it doesn't do too bad. It will certainly use more juice than the basic kit you are using now, but if you are running the 1.2 ohm coils in it, it shouldn't be blasting through juice too fast(this will all depend on how much you vape. Vape more, go through more juice. Vape less, go through less juice). With the 0.5 ohm coil, I could use anywhere from just 2mL of juice a day if I was using it very(VERY) sparingly all the way up to almost 15ml in a day if I was constantly going at it.
Typically, you are going to need to use more power to get more vapor, which will ultimately make your current emow battery a limiting factor. This isn't always the case, as there are often a lot of setups that are horribly inefficient at making the power produce the vapor. Now, there are tanks that use hardly any power(like the basic tank you are using right now, which probably uses around 6-10 watts) all the way up to tanks like the tfv4(I am using one right now at 120 watts). I can say without doubt that the tfv4 I have puts out A LOT more vapor and flavor than the basic clearomizers I started with, but it also uses a lot more power and goes through way more juice(not uncommon for me to go through 10+ ml of juice in just one night). It is certainly not something I would recommend to someone new.
If I had to make a recommendation for what I think is one of the best tanks, I would have to go with the subtank mini. It gives off plenty of vapor and flavor, but also doesn't drink juice like crazy. It gives you the option of a 0.5 ohm coil for a warmer vape and with more vapor, as well as a 1.2 ohm which will be a cooler vape. As for a device to power it, I would suggest the iStick 40tc. It has temperature control if you ever want it. If you get the full kit, it comes with a 510-to-ego adapter, meaning you would be able to use the basic clearomizers like you currently have if you ever wanted to. The 40tc comes with a battery built in, so you don't have to worry about any special batteries or fancy charger. Normally, I am not a fan of mods with batteries that are built in, as once the battery fails, the mod is basically a fancy paperweight. However, since you are new to vaping, I think a mod where you don't have to worry about buying the right batteries or the right charger and all of that would be a perfect fit. All of that other learning can be saved for a later time. No need to make things more complicated than they need to be, right? The 40tc would have more than enough power to use the subtank mini, and would be far more than you could ever use with the clearomizers you are using now.
