Hi All, Newbie 1st post, help, Revolution V2 black wire goes where?

I got new Rev. V2 in mail this Saturday and had trouble with needle insertion so I took it apart and the black wire broke off at the other end of the heating element. I need to know where it goes so I can solder it back on. Can someone somehow show me. It's my fault and I don't want to bug VapeLife unless I have to. They'll be back tomorrow and I'm just and anxious bull in the China shop
Thanks for any help.

I'm taking a picture for you now, but just to be sure, it's the black wire that would connect near the cartomizer that you're referring to?

Basically, the blue wire is connected to the base of the upside down cup, and the black wire is connected to the left of that, higher up, where there's a little metal tab sticking down.

Thanks bladebarrier for great pic. Yes that's the wire but it's the other end that broke off. Could you please send another one. It's so clear. Cool! Thank you too unholy I'll defiantly try that and be more careful too. I've got stumps for fingers.
Sea

I'm afraid that the other end appears to go underneath the small circuit board, and I lose sight of it at that point (I assume it attaches to it).

It doesn't look like that would be difficult to remove, but mine is working great, so I'd rather not risk it unless I had a better iron on hand.

I would suggest contacting the vendor to find out if they have a damaged one that they can check, or contact boge directly and see if they have a schematic or picture to send you.

Sorry about that.

No sorry bladebarrier it's OK. I'll take it off and look behind it. There's probably some sign as to where it was. Broken wire, glob of solder, something. I thought I might get off a little easier that's all. And yes I'll contact boge too cause I'll probably screw something else up. Again thanks so much for all your troubles. You went out of your way for me! Love the traffic here. All seem so helpful and informative.
By the,
Sea

Sea, if you don't find the spot for it, PM me. I'll take off the circuit board and snap a shot. I was thinking about it, and it really isn't all that hard to get to. It would probably take me longer to upload the picture than to dissect it.

Just make sure to shoot me a PM directly, so I get the email response letting me know.

Hi BB, I don't think I ever PM'ed anybody before. Someday I'll figure it out! Thanks anyway. I'm an old fart with patients for little. Quit smoking after 40 plus years and ending a 4 pack a day habit months ago. Nerve pills, patches, gum, "GreenSmokes" and now "510 Smoke Tech Manuals" with 34% Chinese nicotine and God knows what else is in there. A sore throat and bloody spit in the morning and I'll never go back to analogs again. Love these things. Want to try this mod scene with less nic. less PG more VG. Maybe it'll fix the throat.
I emailed Boge. Couldn't find a "customer service" though. So I'll be surprised if a response. Then I just finish help request to VapeLite. What I should have done in the get go.
I hope.
Again thank you my friend.
I was thinking if no reply maybe I'll buy another one [a how to model] and see if I can put these guts into an old cell phone. I saw a post somewhere. If I screw up it's the cost of school.

Sea ya
