Hey peoples im new here (for posting) been reading on this site for a little while now and decided it's time to register. I recently found out what the e-cig is all about and both me and my girl decided we would give it a shot to see if we could quit smoking traditional cigarette's. We went to the local discount smoke shop and purchased 2 starter kits (NicStick 510's one was a tank model and the other a regular stuffing filled tip model). While there we also picked up some of the refill liquid because we really wanted to quit (that regular stuff tastes like crap =( btw ). But not long after we realized it just wasn't cutting it for us, the vapor production and general feeling were lacking somewhat.
We really wanted to stay away from regular ciggs but were having a hard time so i took some time and looked into the different types of e-ciggs that are around and we decided to settle on getting the EVO X stater kit to share between the two of us.
This turned out to be exactly what we needed. Upon opening the package and getting everything ready (she was sleeping ^_^ ) i started it up and gave her a go and that EVO X hit me like a train it was nothing compared to what the nicstick was like. And now we have been happily smoke free for about a month and a half now and feeling a crap-ton better. I can finally breath again and it feels good.
We are just starting to dabble in some DIY e-liquids and have made a few flavors that came out right, although i still wish i had taken everyone's advice on the menthol crystal's mixed with pg, i tried a drop by it self on my atty and i think i died for a minute when i came back to being able to breath non minty air xD i told myself i'd never do that again ... ever.
But that's my little story about how we quit smoking and just wanted to stop by and say hi, I've found lots of good information here so far and i plan to be here a lot more. But for now there's a thunder storm on the way that I've been waiting to see all day so i bid you ado and will check back later =)
