hi everyone :) ive been vaping on and off for a few years now using the white cloud electronic ciggs. im now looking to upgrade but have no idea how the other vaporizers work ): ive been looking at the vaporzone pro in colors ( i know this is lame but if im gonna upgrade i want my vaporizers to be pink) what do you guys think about it?? im open to any brand but so far ive only really seen vaporzone carrying a pink e cigg.

this will be the first time im dealing with juice that doesnt come prefilled in the cartomizer so idk how all that works ive heard something about using cotton? but thats as far as i know LOL

so basically i want opinions on the vaporzone pro or suggestions for other devices :) also if you could suggest a device in then point me in the direction of a "how to" for the device that would be awesome :)

thanks so much ! :)

Hi Prittbritty,

The vaporzone looks like a standard ego style battery and some sort of protank atomizer...

They are really simple to use;
1) Unscrew the bottom of the atomizer tank (Turn it upside down first)
2) drip/squeeze your juice into the tank through the large holes (at the sides - NOT THE MIDDLE)
3) screw the bottom back on

4)put it back on the battery

There are a lot of similar systems/tanks, but if you have your heart set on pink then have a look here:

As for the cotton part, that is only for when and if you decide to rebuild your coils & wicks...

If you get a protank2 or MT3 or Anyvape glassomizer then you have the choice, you can either buy replacement heads (the coil & wick + holder) or you can simply rebuild them yourself using Kanthal wire and cotton balls. :)

There are plenty of tutorials and videos for rebuilding the heads, just google 'protank2 coil rebuild' or whatever the model of atomizer that you choose and you will get the info that you need.

Avoid any with 'style' in the name if it contains batteries, I am not saying that it will be dud batteries in there, but there is no point in taking the chance.

I just had a look and the eGo ones on fasttech appear to be the real deal, googled fasttech ego batteries or something and saw a reddit article about them, someone took it apart to see what the battery was inside, it was a genuine JoyeTech battery (which is what you would hope to find in there).

As for the maintenance, you just change the coil heads when they stop producing good vapour or start tasting funny.

You can also 'dry burn' the pre-made coils, which is when you activate the e-cig without any liquid in the tank. This will burn off some of the residue on the coils and extend their life. Do not inhale when you dry burn. And if you use cotton wicks then never dry burn at all.

Well... I used to use Ego Twist batteries ({Evod might be the newer version of it - I see a lot of people on here using them} People also use the Vision Spinners - same thing really). With the twist you get to change the voltage (variable voltage), which is really handy when you want to rebuild your own heads, because it allows you to fine tune your vape - which alters the taste of some juices.

But if you don't think that you will ever rebuild coils then there is not a lot of point in getting a variable voltage (VV) battery.

With that eGo/Evod (twist or not) battery I would use either a protank2 atomizer (because it can be rebuilt too) or a protank mini. Anyvape Davide Glassomizer is the same as a protank2, but with slightly different look, they both use the same coil heads.

oh awesome!! ill deff have to consider the ego then :) do you have any recommendations for a new e cigg? (itt doenst have to be pink) thats in the same price rang? (so around 50)

Honestly, egos are the work horses of the vaping world, and the next logical step for you. You could go for one of the variable voltage options, if being able to turn the power up and down to fine tune your vape interests you. That would be an ego twist, vision spinner, kanger e-vod, or the innokin itazte vv. The itazte vv has more features, but they are all very solid choices. Pair any of them with an aerotank mini and you are at about the best vape experience you can get at that size.

+1 on this. Any of the above paired with a mini aerotank is really a perfect next step. I would go with a battery that has the variable voltage option. It does not cost that much more and it it very handy if you like to vape many different flavors (i.e. fruit vs bakery).

The MVP2 is a 'box mod' :http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j00rsDQzyZInlqj/Mobil-Funtion-Innokin-MVP2-0.jpg

The big difference (aside from the look) is that the MVP2 has Variable Wattage(VW), this means that you could put an atomizer of any resistance (within reason) on it then set the Power (watts) to what you like, if you change the atomizer it will keep the Power exactly the same regardless of it's resistance.

Some people liken Variable Voltage to driving a manual gearbox car and Variable Wattage to driving an automatic gearbox car.

The MVP also has a larger battery capacity (2600mAh).
