Hi!! Need a Pretty Case

Hello Ladies!

I've only lurked over here a couple of times, but I hope you don't think I'm being rude for rushing in here and making requests.

I am not a vaper. As you can tell by my name, I am advocating for my DH, who has been smoking for all of his adult life and is now fighting cancer, as a result. He's doing great. Not totally quit, but getting there.

My request goes like this. I am trying to encourage the smokers in my dear family to switch to vaping. Do do that, I have offered to buy them starter kits. Two have taken me up on it!!! Yay!!! One of the two is having a birthday very soon (March 18). She is a blingy girly-girl and I'd like to buy her a case. She likes sparklies and pretty art nouveau-y kinda stuff. I need a suggestion (or several) for a pretty, compact (pocket friendly) case that will hold a few fully-assembled minis and a few spare cartos. Room for a USB charger would be a big bonus. We are going with the Smokeless Image Volt, 65mm batts & cartos.

Can you help? Much hugs and appreciation!

I also normally lurk, but one of the ecf suppliers TheVaporGirl, has a lot of really blingy looking gear! I'm so so tempted to get something from her myself, specifically to use when I go out in the evening.

Sorry to hear about your husband and big congrats on managing to convince a few other family members!

I've read about several people using makeup cases and eyeglass cases. I use a hard eyeglass case that my Manhattan glasses came in but it's just black. Kaboodle has a lot of cute stuff and maybe a local drug store.

I ordered an Artbox for myself for my b-day It isn't here yet, but I thought her stuff was gorgeous and well priced. Does she have gift certificates? I looked all over for something that I could keep in my purse, and that is really the only one that was pretty... I am so surprised no other vendors have jumped on the bling bandwagon.

OT: I love your birds!! I have a black headed caique and she is a handful.

Yay! I am so glad you were able to find something that she'll really love. I read and responded to some of the posts by her and your brother/nephew in the new members area and I am really impressed with the gift of life and love you have given them...

OT: Black headed caiques are bossy, bratty, adorable birds. She is so bad and makes me laugh so hard.

WAY OT: dlsw - my Eclectus are my brats. They are too smart for their own good and soooooooo bad. They are endlessly amusing. I'm going to PM you an ACTUAL convo that I had with Leo (the green male Eclectus) the other day.

Oh, bummer... Don't tempt me. I've always loved Macaws and have done a ton of research on them, but I need to accept that I have a heck of a time as it is, avoiding hormonal beaks and Macaws have one amazing beak! Besides, Rob and I promised ourselves that we would not bring the enormous responsibility of any more heartbeats into our lives, until we get a better handle on his cancer and where we might be heading with it. I'd love to see a picture though! What breed?
