So if i want to make changes or upgrade from the cheap 650mah Ego, Is there any suggestions?
If your eGo-style batteries are not variable voltage, you could get some like that. They're often named "spinner" or "twist" because of the variable voltage dial at the bottom. If you want longer battery life, you could get higher mAh.

You could, however, upgrade to a "mod." These are larger and often more versatile. They generally come in two types:

The most popular mods are variable voltage and/or variable wattage devices with protective circuitry and, often, other features as well. Structurally complex, some of them are nevertheless quite easy to own and operate. The iTaste MVP v2 (comes with an internal battery and charger) and Sigelei Zmax v3 (batteries and charger would be extra) are two examples of relatively inexpensive but good quality mods of this kind (both are about $40-45 each). ProVape's ProVari is an example of an expensive but extremely high quality mod of this kind ($150+).

Mechanical mods are structurally simple devices, just a battery compartment with some vent holes and a simple button, but more work to use safely. These are not usually recommended to beginners but, if you become interested, people will be willing to help you. Some really good ones are available in a range of prices somewhat similar to the previously mentioned variable voltage mods.

Im still very very new to vaping, But i would like to become invested in it,

The mods sounds interesting, But it sounds complex to set up and operate even i have trouble starting with this cheap kit,

Suggesting i upgrade my whole setup, So it would be a "Mod" or a "Twist" Battery along with a clearomizer?

Price range wise any numbers to reference? Thank you!

If you're not interested in a mod right now, I would recommend something like this:

Kanger Mini Protank 2 Starter Kit -VV

Or this:

http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm

Both of these kits include variable voltage eGo-style batteries. If you wanted, the second kit would allow you to get batteries with higher mAh than 650, meaning they would last a bit longer before needing to be charged.

The first kit comes with Mini Protanks, while the second allows you to choose from a menu which kind of clearomizer you would want.

SoCal, baby!
I found myself graduating from the Ego-c's to a variable-voltage/wattage and am now on mods, and its finally making me really happy, Kept being frustrated by how easily the carts and batteries would fall apart or fail. When I spent a bit more money for the better tank and the bigger/better battery mods, I was spending much less and quite a bit happier. After reading a lot on here I now have a great mod and RDA atomizer and my vaping is the best its been. Not even noticing that i'm not smoking.

I would suggest going with a nice VV/VW mod like the Sigelei V3 or similar and a Protank and you'll most likely just clean and refill for quite a while, meaning not buying a bunch of cheap cart tips every couple weeks and new pen-style batteries as they break/fall apart/fail. I found them to be cheaply made and easily broken, across the board. Spending $80 made me value my unit more and it worked better for a lot longer, meaning less $$$$ :) I seriously went through about 15 of those last year and unknown amount of Saturn carts.
