Today's vape... Copper Vanilla w/APO Atomizer....The APO is new to me. It vapes well (great flavor and vapor prod.), but the machining on it is sub-par I must say. I found several burrs at the base of the posts, and the insides of the airflow holes are ragged & catch on the AFC ring......For $100 I expected it to be perfect, but no such luck.....But again it vapes very well, so I guess I'll run with it for now...

It looks pretty nice. Not sure I like the 16mm recessed top cap though. Not sure if it serves a purpose unless using a 16mm atty. Looks pretty clean though and a bargain of a price. Magnetic button as well. From what I just read its quite tall. In 18500 mode it is as tall as a nemmy in 18650.

EDIT: It's also 20x1 threaded

The 16mm top cap on the noname is for use with the no tank dripper/bf atty I think.

Also according to James there are only 3 atty which have issues with the top cap. Doodlebug, rsst, and about 500 tobhs which were cut with slightly different threads than the rest.

If you know of others I'm sure he would like to know about them.

The 3 atties you mention are the three he knew of before he released the BFM. On his FB page there is now a list of atties that do and don't work.

    Oh the joy...

Vapourday came and went in all its beautiful glory. And I got me some spoils!

    Origen V1/Modish Metal Works DT

    3.GP PAPS SS V3 #36

KayfunLite+/Mystic Atmos Hydra DT with black chrome ring

    My entire GP Family Portrait-

Everything above, plus, GP PAPS Lux 18650/Quasar/BZ Driptip & GP PAPS X SS/Tugboat w/ matching DT, Spheroid V3/GP Classy DT.

To call my GP collection complete, at the least I'd like to get a V3 Lux to go with the V3 SS, one with a Spheroid, one with a Heron. That would probably satiate me until the new Piccolo comes out.

Right now, this is my entire lineup, Im not running any other mods. The only other thing setup is my Reo, because thats ALWAYS setup(there truly is no better on to go setup than a Reo)

What can I say, I like my Paps!

*-Comments on the new Paps Lux. If you have an X, you'll know what to expect. It functions exactly the same. The threads feel just as great, the button is just as legendary, and it hits just as frieghttrainish as the X. What you won't be ready for, is the sheer beauty of the thing. I love all my GP mods but I think the X is my favorite. I definitely love the X switch the most. Having it in Lux and SS is just another layer of awesome for an already super sleek mod. Only comment I can even try and make, is to say, it would be cool if the mod was entirely lux.. but only so I could make my SS X have Lux accents the way the Lux has SS accents. I don't actually want the entire thing to be Lux, I like the contrast of the SS accents.

I have seen the pics too. I really like the finish on it, its not like anything I've ever seen. Been waiting on a second batch.. they said it was coming soon when I asked about them a month ago. Apparently vapist.net and vaperev will be stocking them
Does anyone here have a Bishop mod from Italy? I saw a few pics of the Grey Bishop and it's a work of art.

Recently purchased a couple stingrays...very attractive well built mods IMO. They hit harder than anything I own, perfect for my evening dripping. However, my all day vape equipment is always GP gear...indestructible, reliable, simple no fuss design, definitely "less is more"!
I haven't touched my kayfuns since I purchased my first GP Heron :)

Here are a few pics and a chadsmo inspired dual parallel coil on my SS quasar.

dual parallel 24g 5/4 wrap coil...

great flavor and vapor for a single coil...FYI, the air hole/coil alignment and the diameter of coil/amount of cotton is crucial for flavor production.
