Lot of hype with gp mods imo. Yeah they are nice, but they are overpriced imo and not conducive to American style vaping (sub ohm) plus I don't get how you guys can enjoy looking at 300 paps in a row, but that's what seems to happen the minute someone posts one up.

So, besides an odin in your opinion, what isn't over priced in a premium mod market?

And you, sir are entitled to your own opinion and I respect it. All that I humbly ask is that you respect us guys who enjoy our GP gear.

We all have pride in our purchases and prefer no negative comments about our choice of high end gear. It's simple respect for one's taste.

Our mods and RBAs give us pride and when there is a perception of an attack we are then staged in a not so happy place. There are plenty of vapors that do not sub ohm. They vape like they smoked cigarettes. I personally prefer a smooth warm vape. I am an American and like other Americans who vape we have different styles and tastes.

I am asking you, please, let's refrain from the negativity and use this thread as it was intended: To show off what we are proud of.

I think you are smart enough to know that if there is nothing positive to say about a fellow vapor, nothing should be said at all.

I personally own 4 GP devices (my favorite manufacturer), and I sub ohm all the time (moreso with other devices, but I digress). As long as you build within reason, the GP's will handle it.....Now that's not to say GP publicly condones sub-ohm vaping (they don't per se), but I know the limits of my GP gear and let's just say they are more than equipped to deal with most builds that we will throw at them (within reason)......I wouldn't go running a .3 Ohm build on my V3 Paps, but for what I do (.6 to .9 on my RDA's, usually around .8) they vape fantastically.....

I try to stay away from sub ohm on the V3's....the X is better for it as it is substantially thicker so it can diffuse the heat more readily.....

Yeah vapourart I'm not too happy with them, can't get parts in the US, Springs are siht... Lux 2.5 4sale..

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. Domo Vapor Company is a U.S. reseller of GP gear. What parts were you looking for that they couldn't offer you? The springs work just fine for me.

I find that the GP Paps is pretty reasonably priced. You can get a GP Paps SS 18500 for about $150. I'd be interested to know what you're comparing them against. I'm American and I have no interest in sub-ohming so they've never presented a problem for me.

As far as I know there's another shipment on the way to Domo as we speak. Not sure if your springs will be there, but might want to check when they announce the next sale.

Also, you could email Vapourart in Greece and see if they have some. There's a much cheaper option to mail via Bulgarian Post rather than paying $20 for DHL shipping.

Don't be surprised, though, when a brand new spring fails at .4Ω They aren't made to keep up with that for very long.

Anyone with a flock of gp's wanna sell me a couple Springs for a 2.5 so I can fall in love again, I wanna love em, I never went under 0.4ohm BTW, I know that's kinda low but it only took a couple seconds to figure out that wasn't gonna work. I'd love to buy some Springs...

Domo carries them but they're currently out of stock: https://domovaporco.com/product/gp-button-brass-spring-version-1/

I have a spare spring. PM your address and I'll mail you one.
