Probably been seen a million times before, but I've fallen in love again so I'll leave it here anyway! [emoji1]

Mine is slightly askew. Nothing is covered by the frame but it is just a little bit pushed to one side, nothing major. I am contemplating opening it up and fiddling with it to get it perfect but I'm nervous to mess with it lol.

Edit: Now its perfect!

the dna200 is no replacement for the dna40 and doesn't make it obsolete at all, the dna200 requires 3 cells and runs at over 11 volts, won't be replacing the dna40 mods any time soon
Well, I'm pretty sure it can be run at lower wattages in single battery configuration. I highly doubt Evolv is going to limit their new chip to certain form factor and power requirements.

the chip is about 3 times the size of a dna40, why would you use that if you were going to be way limited in watts anyway? trust me this isn't a replacement it's a supplemental product that's a whole different animal from a dna40 with very different power requirements

realistically, for a single 18650 mod the dna40 is about enough, yeah it might be ideal if it went to 50 or maybe 60 but truth is once you start running over 50 watts the battery sag and drain starts to become too excessive, you are not going to be able to have an 18650 mod run at much more than 60 watts without having to change a battery ever hour or 2.

if you want big power and a dna200 mod then it will not be like any of the dna40 mods out here now, it will be a larger lipo powered or triple 18650 mod, different animal and it's not going to make the dna40 any less than what it is

Has Evolv actually come out and confirmed any of this yet? I'm just wondering.

They would obviously need to release a second chip to replace the DNA40 then...bringing with it built in Ti suuport, FW upgrades by user, support for the new software, etc
