So i've been vaping for a bit, and love to use a kr808, I have had many batteries, and not very many are still with me. My original 6 sec. cutoff batteries from eliquidplanet are still (barely) working, although after a year on automatics and i'm surprised. My V4L batteries all had something wrong with them.. the thread on one only fit certain cartos, the other took 9hrs to charge, the other died 2 weeks in. Recently I got a couple L-Rider batteries, which are crap. so who makes the good stuff? I was thinking maybe nebula, and would really like to try thehouseofvapor, but I don't know who makes the latter's kr808 stuff. Any reccomendations?

If you like auto KR808's, try the new Bloog MaxxFusion. It is the newest design for
the 808 in a "regular" e-cig. It costs a few bucks more than other autos, but the
reviews all say they are excellent. (It's on my want list.)

For a good manual KR808, LiteCigUSA or NHaler. I've purchased from both of them
and I'm very happy with the products.

+1...

I also agree with good products and service from LiteCigUSA. I've not used NHaler.

My Bloog MaxxFusion should arrive today. We've been using KR808 batteries, manual and auto, for about a year now (same four that we originally ordered btw) with the 901 attys and carts. I switched to the 510 atty and carts from TW on the same KR808 batteries (adaptor needed) and what a difference. We are now getting a marked increase in vapor and the carts last much, much longer. Tossed the 901s after an hour trial. The 901s don't hold enough liquid and only the first few drags have decent vapor, then you need to refill.

We also received the Tornado 510/Tank systems yesterday and found the Tornado battery (regular) to produce even more vapor with the 510 carts/attys. We then tried the Tornado with the Tank atty/cart and WOW... the most vapor I've ever gotten from a PV and I also noticed an increase in the taste of several flavors of eliquid.

I like the Tornado with both the 510 and the Tank; both with lots of vapor and the Tank having the most. The Tank uses more liquid, obviously. I did notice that the Mega Tornado battery is also available in an auto (my wife likes autos).

If the MaxxFusion works as well as the KR808/510 then I'm golden, otherwise I'll order the auto Tornado for her.

You should try the new diamond tip batts from V4L. I know everyone keeps praising bloog, but these new batts are the best autos I've used to date.

Do tell what it is thats so good about them? We wanna know every good batt out there. do they keep performing or need a rest once in a while? hows the activation. How long a drag to get a good mouthful?
Only asking cus you are not the first to say they are good, but what exactly is it?

For starters, the performance is great. There's no drop off if you chain vape it (only had them for three days, but so far so good). Activation is spot on, as soon as you breath in, it fires. No need for primer puffs. The cutoff time is 20 seconds which is more than enough for me. I can get a good sized mouthful in 3-5 second puff. Battery life on the standard size is about 2-2 1/2 hours continuous vaping. They're not too airy. The draw is right up there with a manual. I haven't tried the xl version yet or the shorty, but I've heard the same goes for the xl. I got these for when I need an auto (like when gaming, or driving my wife's car). They are simply the best all around batts I've tried to date.

cool, maybe performance is going up, all around.... Now all I need is for some of this stuff to be sold in europe, so I don't have to pay 25-29 bucks in shipping...

I may try those, but am really on the lookout for a more "tried and true" battery. Something with a good solid build quality, that someone has used for a while. Truth be told, my highest quality kr808's to date were my old smoketip batteries. They were also the only ones with reset information. Does anyone use 901 batteries for their 808 cartomizers?

i've been using smoketip batteries since november, no problem whatsoever. they perform exactly the same as the day i got them and i haven't killed one yet. nice easy draw and they fire on the first puff, i've never had to do a "primer". i've got 3 in rotation, 1 unopened and i just ordered a 5th just to have. i'm very pleased.

they might not be as sexy as bloog but damn they're pretty dependable imo. i don't mind paying more when i'm getting quality that's backed up by a killer warranty.

Have you compared the new V4L system with the Bloog MaxxFusion yet?

I've been using the MaxxFusion for a few days now and have since retired my old KR808s and the Tornado Tank. I can't imagine a better system. The batteries seem to work at 100% until they die, the auto is immediate, and the cartos have a very natural pull with an incredible vapor production; more than the tank. I found the pull on the tank to be a little too easy... the MaxxFusion is perfect (most similar to an analog).

Again, I'd love to see a head to head comparison between V4L and Bloog...

Until Bloog comes out with an XL batt(which is all I use from V4L) and blank cartos that don't taste burnt, I can't and really don't want to compare.

My wife does like the XL battery length, but I'm loving the MaxxFusion...

We just order the menthol cartos from Bloog and when they go empty, refill them with our own juice mixes... of course, we both like menthol and Bloog's is great...!
