Higher voltage, low ohms, less flavor?

Recently built a new Puck mod using a 510 connector after coming to the realization I wasn't going to be finding anything fancy in the RN4081 size that I'd been using. Assembled everything, but accidentally ordered 2.0 ohm cartos instead of higher ohm for the 4.8v this thing puts out. I'm noticing my vapor is extremely warm, incredible throat hit compared to the 3.7v 510, but the flavor seems a lot more muted, barely noticeable just a few hits after a fresh fill. Figured I might have let the carto go dry, attempted to refill, ended up leaking juice out the bottom in just two drops.

I have some 3ohm cartos coming to me, and should be in Monday, but in the meantime... am I dealing with bad juice, or is this normal with a higher voltage lower ohm setup?

Right now with the 2.0s you're vaping around 11 watts. It's all subjective, but for me the flavor comes through best between 8-9 watts, but I'm not big on throat hit which I'm sure you're getting a lot of! The 3.0 ohm cartos will put you around 7.5 watts, which will obviously lower as your batteries wear down.

It should be better with 3.0 cartos.

It sounds about normal to me though. If your Ohms are too low with high volts you typically get a "crispy" kind of hit as a call it. Almost tastes like burnt sugar with some juices. If you DIY as well, you could try to add some VG/ to hit maybe the 30/70 mark if your juice is plain burning.
