After I think I've got this whole thing figured out, at the end of the day I still can't decide if a LR carto is producing more vapor than a SR carto at higher volts. I almost decide that the SR with higher voltages is doing it but then I wonder if it's just my imagination. I have an Ego-C 650 Twist with Smoktech 1.7s, Boge 3.0s and been runnin a 1.8 ohm Ego Vision (ahem..) Clearomizer. They all seem to work fine my fav being the Ego Vision.. but wondering if A higher Ohm with Higher volts one would hit better.. or if its really the same. Just needing some suggestions and advice from a few of you vapin vets out there. Thanks!

You will always get more consistency by using regulated variable power, preferably a variable wattage model PV. I would rather use a higher voltage than depend on LR's that degrade quickly to produce warmer vapor. 4.5 - 5.0 volts with a 2.8 ohm standard atty/carto or even better a 1.5 ohm dual coil atty or carto. (and regulated power, of course)

Another take on it... 3.0ohm cartos allow for a 0.3watt adjustment (e.g. @4.9v = 8.0watts, @5.0v = 8.3watts) so for every 0.1v adjustment it's easier to fine tune the vape (e.g. 2.0ohm - @4.0v = 8.0watts, 4.1v = 8.4watts). So for me it comes down to more control over flavor/TH with the ability to make more granular power adjustments.
