I think you can typically get around 100 watts per our current 18650s if you push them hard, so I would think these puppies will use three of them. The vast majority of vapers are probably under 50 watts for their ADV, so three batteries will make for very long times between charge.
I just got the Sigeli 100 w. I have no interest in vaping 100w. I probably won't like the heat. I really won't like the lack of flavor or how fast it would burn up juice. But, wow, the battery life is phenominal!
It is a beast though. A 3 batt mod might require 2 hands to hold it, lol! Think I'll pass on those.
You can chunk out some huge clouds at 30-60w with good airflow. No need whatsoever for 200+w.

It's not that I need it I just want it you never know of when you might need a torture device

At 400 watts you would have to have a 25 cubic foot lung capacity to accommodate a one second hit.
Average lung capacity is 0.21 cubic feet. (6 liters)
So if your atomizer/wattage is capable of producing more than 0.2 cubic feet of vapor/second, you are just burning juice that you can't use anyway.

If you're looking for ultimate power, the VBX triple 26650 mechanical competition box is what you're after. Depending on your batteries and coil build, it can push well over 400watts. Parallel batteries are the only real way to push huge power IMO since the load is split over each cell. The more cells in parallel, the more amps you can push.

Edit: If you don't want to be carrying that huge thing around, they also offer a triple 18650 box in a much more reasonable size, they have pushed them to the limits as well. They advertise right on the site it is capable of chain vaping a .04 build. That's 441watts at 4.2v

most of the box mods that have high wattage like that have their limits at obtaining the full wattage.
example would be my sigelei 100w can only give me the 100w at 0.15-0.5Ω other than that it will just output the max voltage of the device
