Finally received my Hippo V2s over the weekend. IKV i06 atties thread into the V2 with no problem, as does my PT2. I had just a little bit of trouble with my non-flanged IKV Platinum cartos, but just a bit more twisting force after working the threads back and forth solved the problem.

The biggest problem I'm having with the Hippo V2 is that the diameter on the adjustable positive pin is too small. I like to switch flavors a lot and swapping out IBTs has the potential to become a bit of a finicky process.

But when I get it right, it makes the vape from a carto that much smoother. :thumb:

Just got my Hippo v2 and it looks great on my ProVari, but I'm having the same problem as others in this thread ... in my case, it is the Kayfun Lite Plus that will not screw into my Hippo. It screws into the ProVari directly just fine. Oddly, my Russian 91%, which is supposed to be a 1:1 clone of the Kayfun Lite, screws into the Hippo with no problems! So why will the Russian work while the Kayfun won't?

So far, I've tried ProTanks, Penelopes, Ithakas, and an AGA-T on the Hippo ... everything fits fine except for the Kayfun!

I'm pleased to say that the replacement center part sent to me by Atmistique has completely solved the problem, and the Kayfun Lite+ now threads on smooth as butter! Many thanks to Atmistique for the excellent customer service. I'm loving the Hippo v2!
