Interesting with the success of the Taifun Gt.

In dripper mode, I still have bottom airflow, I've got the side airflow blocked off. Another day when I am not so lazy I will try putting it in a Trident, Atomic and Igo to see if it's still really good in those and maybe just lacking in the current setup I have in my Reo.

My only complaint was at the very end, the Taifun started leaking a bit out the air hole. Probably too much negative pressure for the RxW to hold when it was nearly empty.

I think I broke my tank, so I have just been using The Dripper. Haven't tried the RxW either, but after seeing these threads popping up about Rayon, I think that might be my next move.

Interesting. I love KGD cotton. It's been my go to recently. Ready x wick is nice, just can't figure out how to properly use it in a Kayfun.

It's flat out amazing in protanks. But, towards the end of the tank, same issue with leaking a bit due to the pressure difference.

I agree that HS is very setup dependent. My taifun gt at 1.0 ohm and 13.7 watts with readyxwick was the PERFECT blend of all 3 flavors. In the reo/reomizer setup at 0.8 ohm, it's a good balance as well for me, but not quite add good as the Taifun in terms of perfect balance. Now I have it in a carto tank and can't pump that wattage past 9.5 watts and the balance is degraded. Still darn good, but more jelly, less bread and pb.

I'll probably keep this for devices I can go 13+ watts comfortably add that seems to be my sweet spot.

At my normal setup (PT with a 1.3 coil at 7.5 watts) it is a dirty tasting Grape Ape. taking the same setup to 12 it just blooms! This would be a juice that only people with advanced equipment and experience would taste the full force of. In a iClear 16 on a spinner at 4.5 it is straight up Grape Ape, nothing else...just throwing this out there and still hoping it will change with steeping!!

x-posted from the Reo thread.

If we all buy Reos, then Clark won't have to worry about testing the J on other devices and can craft it specifically for a Reo.

:evil::evil::evil::evil:

But Kevin, we are working on that! Three more converts in the last two weeks

After all it is the approved delivery device of NT...heh,heh,heh...

So, I've been thinking about this quite a bit.

Home Slice is growing on me quite a bit, it's still only been two days, and I've no idea where it will end up after a steep. I am scared it will lose some of the peanut flavor, the same as PBC. When I first vaped HS, I immediately knew that it was maybe the most realistic flavor I had ever tasted, but maybe not something I would necessarily vape frequently. Like I said though, it's growing on me.

With PBC for me, if there was a way to keep the flavor from that golden period (3rd week though 2 months) it would be my hands down winner. I've never had a vape experience like that. Impossible to put into words. The PBC still tastes good and I vape it everyday, but there definitely was a golden period. Interesting note: My near zero PBC still tastes pretty darn fresh. I wonder if it is actually the nicotine that degrades it and if it would be possible to mix up a big batch with no nicotine and then add nicotine right before shipping orders.

I just took another vape off of HS, and it really is amazing. All three flavors are present and distinct, and all three are such high quality. The bread taste is the real shocker, the "how in the $!%^ did he do that flavor. I think HS would be a good candidate for the top 10, if not only for the reason that you mentioned that you can't find anything like it anywhere else. Right now for me though, it's not something I couldn't live without, not something that I vape so hard that it's coming out of the pores on my skin. Only vaping it for 2 days is a little early for me to make a comment like this, I usually wait a few weeks. I could easily see my opinion changing.

I do notice that it is more set-up dependent than some other juices. Out of my Reo at 1.2 I get mainly peanuts, but with my Taifun GT at 1.2 and 4 volts, I am getting the 3 different flavors balanced perfectly.

HS is definitely a flavor that I will use to showcase Nicoticket to friends, I think I got you another order today from a guy named Dale, although he only ordered RBF and GCD.

Thank you for the feedback brother - I think you are going to be exceptionally pleased with where it lands on the deep steep, also. It does get better with time - it seems to retain the peanut butter flavor well.

Also - thank you for the referral - I'll take very good care of him... please, make sure he puts you in the "who sent you our way" box so the team knows to spoil the hell out of em!~

All part of our evil plan... that, and supporting businesses with similar ethos just makes good business sense.

I'm a convert. I'm also very close to getting a 2nd just a week after receiving my first. Just waiting for a black anodized LP to get in stock. Guess I could post or lurk on the classies, but I would rather support Rob directly.

Glad I'm not crazy. I absolutely love this flavor in both the Taifun and my NT approved device. At present, i would completely agree, at this young age, it is very much an advanced users flavor. But as noted above, let's get everyone on reos and it will be a big, big HIT IT!

Should be a prerequisite for buying it!!

In all seriousness I expect this to really bloom in a month or so...PBC didn't hit for me till last week and it's born date is 3/28.

I got my order and vaped it straight out of the mailbox on dual coil sub ohm build in my Magma so far I mostly taste just the grape jelly part hopefully with some steeping I can taste the peanut butter... I also found the higher the watts the better this flavor is... so far not my favorite mostly because I just taste the grape jelly

EDIT : Day 2 on second thought I can now taste the peanut butter and bread this is growing on me quick I need to test it in my Kayfun and after some more steeping but this is starting to look good :)

I notice that this one is HIGHLY dependent on build for me. I guess I just got lucky at first, I just had it on 1.2 ohms with 28 guage, probably 2mm coil, spaced out, not tight. Bottom airflow dripper. This is a PERFECT balance of all three flavors. This is on my Provari and I changed the watts from 8 to 15, and the flavor changed very little, but definitely more grape and less peanut at lower watts.

I've been building a variety of twisted single coils today with ribbon wire 0.8 to 1.2 ohms.(Mundy's Magic Wire and also a variety of round kanthal mixed with ribbon) It seems all I can taste is the bread and peanut butter, mostly bread though and some of that corn chip flavor someone mentioned a page or two back. Then I screw in the original dripper mentioned above and it's back to the trifecta of PBJ. So I know it's not my tongue or the juice.

Also in a RM2 at 0.8 to 1.2 with 28 gauge, I couldn't taste any peanut butter. This is basically the same build as the bottom airflow dripper, but with a smaller chamber and different airflow.

So yeah, for me highly dependent on build, and not watts so much. Twisted coils gave me straight peanut and bread.
