Just email the modder and ask. He will send you one. I offered to pay shipping but he declined. Hes actually really nice and responds fairly quick.

So I got a response back from a different email address and after a little Q&A they're willing to sell me some SS posts, but they want paypal to a third email address. We're not talking much dough here, but it just seems strange. to me. Is that the same process everyone else went through to get theirs?

Noooo?? This man, Hoberto, was willing to send out a whole new hobo rda without seeing my damaged one first. All this time and all this stuff hes sent me was about 1 or 2 emails and then he asked for my address, I also asked if he wanted the money, he refused and sent it priority 2 day on top of that. What email did you use??

I bought mine from wiha item no. 26309. wiha are the best tools ive ever used. extremely high quality. I buy all my pliers and precision screwdrivers from them.
Wiha Precision Hex Drivers .028 to 5/32

Hoberto(the creator) recommends doing this "go to mcmaster.com and type the part# 7043A12." Thats the one he uses/recommends .
Heres the full quote
"they are .035, go to mcmaster.com and type the part# 7043A12. this is what i use, and what i recommend, they also have replacement tips so i suggest you get a few since they are really low cost."

thanks for the tip. Ordered.

That site is dangerous. Needed a $5 tool almost blew $100 bux lol. Cooler heads prevailed this time, but think I'll be back there.

So my replacements came in the mail today and im very happy with them. He gave me 2 stainless steel blocks and some slotted set screws. I will say this, this man stands behind his product, no questions asked, except my mail address lol and shipped it priority. Even if I didnt like this rda I would give it thumbs up just for the modder himself.

Rebuilt today. 5 wrap 28AWG dual coil at .4ohms. Got the coils really close to the coil air intakes. Have those about 1/3rd open and the mouth piece holes about half open. Wow, amazing vape.

Went with the vertical coil again and left the wick longer so it not only filled the well but I folded back over the top. Hoping that having more wick in there will keep me a little drier, clearly some people are getting this to a "virtually" leak free state. Also switched over to the SS center post.

Very very happy with the performance.

This is what I've been working towards. May try running vertical as my horizontal attempts with trying to use cotton to prevent splash back has resulted in a muted flavor. Will keep dialing this thing in. I really like damn near everything except the wet air inlets.

I have no leaking through the bottom, does your o-ring look ok? Is your bottom screw into the positive post tight?

I get dampness at my coil vents, even with the additional wicking. I may be overfilling, hard to tell how much is down in the dripping through the top. It's been messier for me though to pull the top cap off so I just pull the drip tip and drip through there.

O-rings look brand new still, thats what I dont get, if I take my mod and press down on the hobo while its on my mod you can see juice all around the bottom of it near the mod. And yes the pin is tightened up good, I made sure of that. I find that if you pop the drip tip off and drip like that you can see the coils and wick to see how wet or dry they are, thats the easiest way ive found to seeing when to re drip or not. I try not to pull the cap off and drip that way too much cause thats when the juice sprays everywhere when I re cap it again.

U sure the inner cap is screwed all the way on? I'm like schoolgirl discovering text messaging with this thing, seems you're having a different experience??? My deeply loved Erlkonigin's are not seeing the same action they had been and they are starting to give the hobo dirty looks.

Dont get me wrong, I like my hobo lol I just have to be prepared to wipe wipe wipe when I vape it. I wont lie its a pain in the you know what, still a good vape. Maybe I will try my other one and put verticals in it this time, see how that turns out. I will report back once I actually do it.
